by The Goblin King is an NPC from Aeterna Noctis who will give us a chain of missions called Goblin Gold and today he has decided to bring you a guide to overcome this mission step by step and in detail to be able to finish it completely.
The NPC is a bit annoying because he will make us dizzy telling us that he is going to give us a reward that never seems to come until the end when he has no other left, I will give you more details in the post.
It is not a complicated mission at all, well… there is a part that is a bit, but come on, you will have done very complicated things by now in Aeterna Noctis, there is no doubt about that. But what is certain is that it is essential to complete it since the reward at the end is one of the Keys to the Temple of the Kings. So nothing, let’s go to the mess.
#1 MISSION START – GOBLIN VILLAGE
We will find the Goblin King (who gives us the mission) in the Goblin Village , an area that we will find in the Goblin Mine. It is not lost because it is in the same room where we have a throne (in the photo below you will see it, it is the room full of orange lights), which is specifically the one we will use to go to Wormorok because it is the closest to him before defeating him.
If you don’t know what area I’m talking about, it’s the one south of the Upper Tunnels (from the Tower of Light, go a little to the left and then take the path down).
#2 DEFEATING WORMOROK
He will ask us to defeat Wormorok , who is the boss of the area and is quite close (the crown marker in the photo above). I leave you here the post about Wormorok , there I will tell you how to defeat him if he is giving you problems, that the boss has his trick.
When defeating him we have to collect what he drops, one of the objects will be the Wormorok Tongue, which will serve as a test for the Goblin King; you’ll have to go back to him to give it to him.
#3 THE COLLECTOR’S POTION
Now we must go to the building where the Collector is (the perimeter area, where Garibaldi is ), specifically door V. First talk to the Collector to ask for permission to take one of his potions and then go through the lower part (if you go to the left there will be an illusory wall).
You will find the potion in this lower area, but it is right in a part where there are some spikes that will prevent us from reaching it until you have the double jump ability (which the Phoenix gives us ), so until have that ability forget it.
#4 GOBLIN ROYAL SCEPTER
Next we must get the Royal Scepter of the Goblins, for which the Goblin King will give us a key (the corrector has me fed up with correcting me Goblin as Moblin). You can find it in Infested Breach (Deep Tunnels), which is more or less close to where the Goblin King is, specifically below the Wormorok area.
I don’t get too involved with the location because it already looks great in the photo above. In 1 the Goblin King is marked and in 2 is where you will find the scepter, which is a very beautiful room, I am not going to spoil you.
#5 THE GOBLIN ARENA
After this we return again with the Goblin King and he will say that now he is finally “going to give us our well-deserved reward” and that we go to an area that is to his right that will have been unlocked (inaccessible without doing this mission).
There we will find an Arena full of Goblins as spectators and what will happen is the obvious, we will have to face multiple streaks of enemies ; It is not an excessively complicated event either, but anyway, you know. After passing the arena then yes or yes the Goblin King will have to give us our reward (because if we don’t break his face) and that’s it, you already have the Gold Goblin mission done.
