Leaving the stone aside, Copper will be the first material of mining origin that we will use in V Rising in order to improve our equipment and make certain structures that we will talk about a little further down.
The fact is that it is an important material and it will be one of the first that we need to progress with our surviving vampire, so in this guide I will explain how you can get colossal amounts of this mineral, how you can convert your Copper into Copper Ingots and also what things you can do with it.
HOW TO GET COPPER IN V RISING
We will find Copper randomly around the map, especially in the initial area (the southern area, whether you start in the West or in the East); it will not be kicked in, but we will find it from time to time and you should take advantage of every opportunity in which this happens to mine it.
Note that in order to mine Copper you will need the Reinforced Bone Mace . The Bone Mace can be created with Bones and is part of the tutorial missions of the game, to reinforce it you will have to interact with the Work Table (one of the constructions that we will also make in the tutorial missions), gather the necessary materials and create it.
But… if what you want is to farm huge amounts of Copper, you will have to go to the following location:
BANDIDA COPPER MINE
The name itself already says it, we will find this area in the center of the map, a little north from the southernmost area (in the Farbane Forest ). There will be Copper everywhere, keep in mind that the area marked in yellow is rather a fortress full of humans (archers, assassins, miners, some dog…), you will have to go right where I have marked you with the X, which is the mine entrance itself.
Make sure you go with few resources in your backpack because you are going to come out well loaded since you will also obtain numerous materials from the enemies that you will have to defeat yes or yes since both the fortress and the mine are full of enemies; You will also find the occasional gem, cloth, stone… in short, many things. In addition, if you break the boxes and barrels of the mine, you will also find materials (sometimes Copper Ingots for example) and there will also be a few chests in the area that of course you will have to collect.
Keep in mind that in this mine you will find Errol the Stonebreaker (the second boss), so be prepared if you have not defeated him yet (and if you have also defeated him because the bosses respawn and he is also right in the area with the most Copper of the mine).
WHAT IS COPPER FOR AND HOW TO MAKE COPPER INGOTS
Mainly to create Copper Ingots, which is something that we will be asked for in some crafting, such as Copper weapons and tools, which are superior to those of Reinforced Bone and we will need them to progress.
To create Copper Ingots you will have to make the Forge , a structure that we can add to our Fortress that will ask us for 480 Stone and 60 Copper (normal Copper, not Ingots). Once you have it built, you will simply have to put the Copper you have inside so that the Copper Ingots are created automatically, so if you add a considerable amount you will have to wait a bit to create them all.
