  • How to unlock Sons of Hodir
  • What quests you can do for them
  • What rewards they have in store for you

Storm Peaks: Greetings from the Titans

In one of the Wrath of the Lich King’s endgame areas, the Storm Peaks, things are getting hectic as two titan disciples battle it out. The conflict is fought between Thorim, Keeper of Ulduar, and his brother Loken. The story is well written and we don’t want to reveal much more, except: Thorim’s allies, the sons of Hodir, were also drawn into this conflict.

How do I unlock the Sons of Hodir?

The ice giants are hostile to you as you begin your journey in the Storm Peaks , so approach them with caution. Since they are all elite enemies, they deal a lot of damage and can knock you out of virtual life in a few hits.

In order for them to gain some confidence, you have to convince them of your peaceableness during a long quest line. This series starts with Gretchen Zischelfunken in K3 with the quest “They have our men” and later leads you to Brunnhildar.
