by Tirso is a Blasphemous NPC who belongs to the Kissers of Wounds and therefore is dedicated to healing and caring for injured people in the Albero.
This of course has a mission in which basically we will have to bring him certain foods such as vegetables, vegetables and others that we will find around (there are 6 in total) and in exchange he will offer us certain rewards. It is also related to some of the achievements in the game, and there is one of them that is missable, so be careful; anyway in the post itself I will tell you. Let’s go there!

TIRSO’S LOCATION IN BLASPHEMOUS
Finding Tirso is extremely easy, I won’t even need a screenshot of the map. Basically we will find it in the Albero ; inside the building (which is where we find all the Sore Kissers).
OBJECTS THAT WE MUST GIVE YOU
As I have already mentioned, we will have to give him a total of 6 objects (all of them are food). These are their locations:
THYME BOUQUET
The Thyme Bouquet is quite easy to get, we have to go to the Tomb of Mercy and go to the portal near the location where we fight Ten Piedad .
By using the portal we will reach the Albero and there we will find the Bouquet of Thyme, and hand it over to Tirso; It is important that you deliver it before facing Have Mercy in order to obtain the Mediterranean Diet achievement.
FRANKINCENSE GARLIC
The Frankincense Garlic will be found in ” Where the Olive Trees Wither “. We must go to the right from the sanctuary in the area, it is not complicated at all to find.
It’s right in the room where we find Engracia’s tomb (from the Gemino and Engracia mission ).
DRY NAILS
The Dry Nails are in « Serranía del Ocaso «. Go to the Sanctuary that is further to the West or left of the map and from there you must go to the large room on the right. While there, go to the bottom (where there are two fat bugs that have a bell on their heads) and you will see that on the path below there will be an area where you can jump, that is the Dry Nails.
Of course, you can only get to this place if you have the Relic of Blood Perpetuated in Arena.
ROSEMARY SPRIG
The Rosemary Bouquet is found in « Jondo» , this time it is quite difficult to explain it with words, so it is better to look directly at the photo above. Keep in mind that if you’ve already unlocked the “Ascend the Moan” area from the part that’s attached to Jondo, you’ll get there much faster from there.
You will have to get to the end of the corridor with those dangling things that are blown up by an NPC at the end. If you have the Prayer of Tento to your Thorny Hair you will do it in easy mode.
OLIVE SEEDS
The Olive Seeds are found in the ” Courtyard of the Deaf Walkers “. It is located right in the area indicated on the map, the only thing you have to keep in mind is that you will need the Relic of Three Gnarled Tongues, since we will have to climb one of those vines to reach the object.
SOOTY GARLIC
To get the Sooty Garlic we have to go to Sleeping Canvases and the truth is that it doesn’t have much loss. We must go from the sanctuary that is further west of the area, we go to the room on the right, and from there we simply go to that large staircase in the middle and halfway between going down the stairs you will see that there are a platform on the right with an object (this is it).
RELATED REWARDS AND ACHIEVEMENTS
When carrying out Tirso’s mission we will obtain the following rewards depending on how many objects we have brought him:
- Linen Cloth (allows us to obtain the Shroud Relic of Dreamed Sins).
- 500 Tears of Amendment.
- 1,000″
- 2,000″
- 5,000″
- 10,000 » and a Rosary Cord Knot (if you defeat Quirce first ).
Regarding Achievements/Trophies we will be able to obtain the Mediterranean Diet only if we save all the Kissers of Wounds. To achieve this we will have to deliver the objects before reaching certain bosses. The idea is that you get the objects as soon as possible and as soon as you have them, you deliver them right at that moment. For example, don’t defeat Our Lady of the Blackened Face without turning in the Where Olives Wither item, or Foundling without turning in the Sleeping Canvases item.
