It is located above the roof of the tower.

Look above a suspended platform.

To get this Artifact you have to wait until nightfall and open the door to the west. On the back of the area there are two spheres that emit light according to the time of day, hit the blades of the sphere on the wall so that the light hits a panel placed above the door that must be opened in order to access the chest with the Artifact.

Outside the cave there are dead enemies from which you will get the Power of Jotunheim, then by teleporting you will see through the ice cracks where the chest with the Mn artifact is.

Look in the middle of the dam where there is a chest.
