Changing the Wind Direction – Where to find the quest
You get the task from “Xarantaur, the Witness”. This taure can be found in the Storm Peaks, specifically in the Horde base “Camp Tunka’lo” , just north of Dun Niffelem, home of the Sons of Hodir .
“Changing the Wind Direction” is part of a quest line that you can start with the quest “Xarantaur, the Witness”. What do I have to do for the quest?
In order to successfully complete “Changing the Wind Direction” you must defeat the North Wind. To do this, you must use the Lorehammer in the Temple of Life, transform into Stormhoof, and face off against the North Wind . You win the fight by casting your AoE spell and melee attack on the opponent and nullifying your Earth Shock until he casts Cyclone. Once you bring him to 20 percent of his life points, North Wind will drop the Horn of Elemental Rage. Use the horn and then turn in the quest to Xarantaur.
Possible bugs & issues when completing “Change the Wind Direction”
The quest is known to be a problem child as several bugs can appear in the course of it . Sometimes they are quite harmless, such as a melee attack that does not work correctly.
