by I must be frank and the truth is that the Summer season is not too relevant for the Gathering in Stardew Valley , something that we already saw a bit in the post about the Spring Harvest… the truth is that the best seasons are the next . But… anyway I bring you the list of all the Summer Collection Items in the game.
Of course, I highly recommend that you visit the beach because there you may find a rather rare object that is worth a lot to collect for its good price: The Rainbow Shell. I will give you more information about it below.
SPICY BERRY
The Spice Berry is a relatively rare seasonal item, not that it’s super rare as such, but you’ll actually see it less often than the other items on this list. It sells for a decent price:
Spicy Berry Price:
- Normal: 80
- Silver: 100
- Gold: 120
- Iridium: 160
It can be collected in (where they can appear, it is not guaranteed, it goes by percentages):
- Cinder Forest: The forest south of the farm.
- Back Forest: The area north of your farm.
- The Mountain: Where is the entrance to the mine.
- Bus stop: To the right of the farm.
- Railway: The area that is further north where the spa is.
- Forest Farm: If you chose this type of Farm .
- Farm Cave: If you chose the bats option for the cave.
It’s used in:
- It is part of the Summer Gathering Bundle.
- To make Summer Seeds.
- To create Wine or Jam. Wine spreads more.
RAINBOW SHELL
The Rainbow Shell is an object that we can find on the Beach that only appears in the Summer season. It’s quite rare, but it makes up for it with a high selling price (although I recommend you keep it).
Rainbow Shell Price:
- Regular: 300
- Silver: 375
- Gold: 450
- Iridium: 600
It can be collected at:
- The Beach: South of Pelican Town. It is highly recommended that you have unlocked the eastern area of the beach (the one that asks us for wood to fix the bridge).
It’s used in:
- Mission: “The Mysterious Qi”.
SWEET PEA
We will find the Sweet Pea very often, especially in Pelican Town. It has a somewhat low retail value compared to other items on this list, but in my opinion it makes up for it with the fact that you will find quite a lot.
Sweet Pea Price:
- Average: 55
- Silver: 68
- Gold: 82
- Iridium: 110
It can be collected at:
- Pelican Town.
- Tizon Forest.
- Bus stop.
- Railway.
- Forest farm.
It’s used in:
- Summer Gathering Bundle.
- To create Summer Seeds.
- Sandy (the one from the Desert store) loves it.
FERN
The Fern is the Summer Collection item that sells for the best price of the entire season, we will only find it in the Secret Forest and its appearance is not even guaranteed. Also, do not think that for this reason it is an object that is sold for a high price… as I have already told you, Summer is not the best season for the Gathering profession.
Fern Price:
- Normal: 90
- Silver: 112
- Gold: 135
- Iridium: 180
It can be collected at:
- Secret Forest: The entrance is to the Northwest of the Blight Forest (the forest to the south of the farm), but to access it you will have to cut down some logs that require you to have the Steel Ax at least.
It’s used in:
- Chef Lot.
- In the recipe Fern Risotto (1x Oil, 1x Garlic and 1x Fern)
- To make Juices or Pickles. The pickle spreads more.
COMMON MUSHROOM
As we already commented in the post about the Spring Harvest , the Common Mushroom is actually an object that belongs to Autumn, only that we will rarely be able to see it in other seasons as it also happens in this case in Summer.
Price of the Common Mushroom:
- Normal: 40
- Silver: 50
- Gold: 60
- Iridium: 80
It can be collected at:
- Secret Forest.
- Cueva de la Granja: If you chose the Mushrooms option.
It’s used in:
- Autumn Harvest Bundle.
- Recipe of:
- Sauteed Mushrooms (1x Oil, 1x Morel and 1x Common Mushroom).
- Stir Fry (1x Oil, 1x Kale , 1x Common Mushroom and 1x Cave Carrot).
- Tom Kha Soup (1x Coconut, 1x Prawn and 1x Common Mushroom).
RED MUSHROOM
The Red Mushroom is another fairly rare seasonal item that sells relatively well and is quite useful. Don’t even think about consuming them because they are poisonous and you will lose life.
Red Mushroom Price:
- Normal: 75
- Silver: 93
- Gold: 112
- Iridium: 150
It can be collected at:
- Mine.
- Secret Forest.
- Cueva de la Granja: If you chose the Mushrooms option.
It’s used in:
- Lot Dye.
- Exotic Gathering Bundle.
- To create the Elixir of Life, a potion that will heal all our health. This is his recipe: 1x Chantarela, 1x Morel, 1x Lilac Mushroom and 1x Red Mushroom. You will get the recipe at Combat level 2.
GRAPE
The Grape is curious because in fact it is an Autumn Crop, however, we can also harvest it in Summer. Keep in mind that what we will find as such is not a Grape itself, but a bunch.
