by Fervent Kisses are one of the many collectibles in Blasphemous 2 that allow us to improve our Penitent in some way. In this case it is a very useful collectible since giving it to the relevant NPC (the Holy Hand in the photo, below I tell you where you can find it) will increase our Fervor bar.
As you probably know, the Fervor bar would be the “magic bar” that we usually have in many games. This will allow us to perform certain actions such as Verses and Chants (which would be Spells, but in the Blasphemous style, of course). These actions have a cost, so the higher the bar, the more actions related to Fervor we can perform.
We have a total of 5 Fervent Kisses in the game, so it will be relatively easy to improve this aspect of Penitent to the maximum.
NPC LOCATION: HAND KISSER
Hand Kisser is the name of the NPC to whom we must give all the Fervent Kisses we find. Most likely, you already know its location or at least have already seen it since it won’t take too long to find it (unless you go crazy without trying to explore all the areas to the maximum, of course); It is a kind of levitating hand that likes to be kissed.
The case is that we have this NPC in “ Calles de los Velatorios ”, just to the left of the Prie Dieu (the checkpoint ) in the area.
LOCATION OF FERVENT KISSES
Now let’s go with what probably interests you the most, which is the exact location of each of the Fervent Kisses in the game:
KISS #1: PALACIO DE LOS SETILLOS
The first Fervent Kiss is very easy to find since you can actually obtain it in the first hours of the game. It is located in the “Palace of the Setillos”, the area of the map where we fight against Orospina and where we have those elderly NPCs who are at a table.
You can see the exact place where you will find this Fervorous Kiss in the photo that I have left for you above. Getting there is very simple, the only requirement is to have Sarmiento and Centella ‘s weapon to use it on the typical levitating mirrors that we have to hit with the weapon to teleport a little forward. In fact, you find Sarmiento and Centella (in case you don’t choose it as a weapon at the beginning) right next to it (where I mark with the red squares).

KISS #2: RAISED TEMPOS
You have the next one in “Elevated Temples” where I show you in the photo, however, keep in mind that to get to it you will have to first go to the square that is immediately above where I mark in the photo and from there you will have to ” go down of a platform” (you know, the typical thing where you crouch and press the jump button on the ground to go down) and use Prayer of Dawn’s dive attack to break one of those walls that can be broken with this weapon.
KISS #3: REST OF THE SILENT
To clarify, you should not pay attention to what I mark in the photo since what you will find there is one of the ” Sisters “. The Fervorous Kiss is located at the nearest green dot. You will reach that area if after defeating Synod (the boss of “The Severed Tower) you go to the right. There you will also find the merchant “Medardo y Escolásico” (the traveling merchant).
You can also arrive before defeating said boss as long as you already have the Double Jump skill. If you are missing any skills, here you have the location of all of them .
KISS #4: STREETS OF WAKES
This one is a little more elaborate than the previous ones, but come on, it’s still a fairly easy one to locate as long as of course you have already been able to access this area of ”Calles de los Wakes” (accessible when you have the Double Jump Skill). In any case, I’ll clarify that the most elaborate Kiss of all is precisely the last one (not this one, the next one).
You must go to the area indicated in the photo. That green dot with a blue background is the exact location of this Fervorous Kiss, but to get to it you will have to go a little to the left to get on some platforms . In one of them you will find the typical statue with which you can interact to enable mechanisms and after this you must jump and through the Double Jump Skills, Aerial Dash and the mirror teleportation of Sarmiento and Centella, you will end up obtaining this Kiss. Remember that above I have left you a link to the guide with the location of all the Skills.
KISS #5: TWO MOONS
The last one, and as I have already mentioned, the most elaborate of all, we have in “Dos Lunas” (the area almost at the end of the game that is as if reflected in which we have to use a type of sources to go to one side or another).
In the photo you have the exact route you should follow (there are other possible routes, but I think this is the simplest and most intuitive); The object as such is in the green dot with the blue background, but you will have to take some detours to get it. I’ll explain why the photo without context can be a bit confusing :
- First you have to follow the red route starting from the Prie Dieu which is on the far right of the area. You follow the path until you reach the fountain in question, activate it to go to the fountain below, and if you now go to the room on the right you will have reached the location that interests us. Once you get there, you will have to interact with one of those statues that activate mechanisms, climb it until it is flush with the wall on the left (the one that can be broken).
- After this it comes back since now we will have to take the blue route, it starts from the Prie Dieu on the far left of “Dos Lunas”. From there, follow the route that I marked for you, as you see, the idea is to reach the top of where we were at the end of the red route. From there you will have to make a diving jump with Prayer to the Dawn to fall on the platform that we raised previously on the red route and thus break the wall that prevents us from accessing this last Fervorous Kiss.
