by Whisper of the Reverberant Forest is the third Artifact Set designed only for characters that belong to the Geo Element in Genshin Impact, being the first Element to have so many Artifact Set options for its characters.
We already had the Petra Arcaica set that benefited the Supports from Geo and the Shell of Opulent Dreams set that greatly increased the damage of Geo characters who scaled their damage based on their Defense. However, this third set will be useful for those Geo characters who scale their damage based on his Attack and couldn’t take advantage of Husk of Opulent Dreams .
The only bad thing is that it is not a very versatile set, since it does not fit many characters. Of course, at least his two-piece set increases Attack, like other sets like Echo of Sacrifice, Gladiator’s End or Reminiscence of Purification, so we can combine two pieces of this set with another Set of Artifacts.
HOW TO GET THE REVERBERANT FOREST MURMUR SET
At the moment the location of the Domain is unknown, but we will update this information as soon as it is released. By redeeming resin in this Domain, we can also get the Son of Yesteryear Artifact Set, which can be useful for some Healers.
These would be all the pieces of the set:
- Flower: Ornamental Flower of Abnegation.
- Feather: Feather of Sincerity.
- Clock: Hourglass of Fidelity.
- Chalice: Inkpot of Vehemence.
- Crown: Hat of Affection.
WHAT DOES THIS ARTIFACT SET PROVIDE US?
Let’s see what effects this set gives us:
- 2 Pieces: +18% Attack.
- 4 Pieces: +20% Geo Damage Bonus for 10 seconds after using the Elemental Skill. If the character is protected by a shield created by Crystallization, this bonus will be increased by an additional 150%. We will lose this increase 1 second after said shield dissipates.
As we have already mentioned before, the 2-piece set increases our Attack by +18%, as happens with many other Artifact Sets such as Death of Cinnabar.
However, the bonus of the four pieces allows us to increase the Geo Damage Bonus of its bearer by 20% just by casting its Elemental Skill, which is not bad at all. Additionally, if said character is under a shield created by Crystallization, this bonus will be increased by an additional 150%, resulting in a +50% Geo Damage Bonus adding both bonuses.
Something to keep in mind is that the Geo Damage Bonus that we get thanks to the shield will be lost 1 second after its duration expires or if it is broken, so we will have to be very careful with enemy attacks.
WHAT CHARACTER DID I EQUIP IT TO?
That said, it will only be worth equipping on Geo characters who scale the damage of their abilities based on their Attack instead of their Defense.
This set is created with Navia‘s skill kit in mind. After using her Elemental Skill, she is imbued with the Geo Element for 4 seconds, which will allow us to take advantage of the bonus to the Geo Damage Bonus during her stay on the battlefield.
She will have no problem getting the maximum Geo Damage Bonus bonus, since her team composition is based on generating many Elemental Crystallization Reactions. She needs to collect many Crystallization shards to further boost the damage of her Elemental Skill.
To date, Ninguang did not have any artifact sets that could be fully utilized and was often played by mixing two pieces of Archaic Petra with two of Gladiator’s Finale to increase his Attack or with two of Ancient Ritual of Nobility to increase the damage of his Ultimate Skill.
But this set that allows him to increase both his Attack and his Geo Damage Bonus will greatly make this character rise again. Furthermore, he won’t have much problem getting the bonuses, since his Elemental Skill has a not very high ToE and we can use it again if it is destroyed (as long as you have his C2).
The only thing we have to keep in mind is that we always need to have Ninguang protected by a shield created through Crystallization, so we will have to adapt her equipment based on this, since otherwise we will not take advantage of this set properly.
Other characters:
- Zhongli: This Set of Artifacts can be very beneficial in the case in which we want to build to this character exclusively to increase the damage of his Ultimate Skill. However, I personally think that it is not very worth it and that it is better to equip him with the Geoarmy Tenacity Artifact Set, which increases his Life and allows you to increase the Attack of the entire team.
