IS MAJIRA AQUAMARINE WORTH IT IN GENSHIN?

IS MAJIRA AQUAMARINE WORTH IT IN GENSHIN IMPACT?

The Májaira Aquamarina  is a 4-star weapon introduced in version 3.1 of Genshin Impact along with other very interesting weapons such as the Xifos Lunar Light , weapons that the truth is that I think they are worth it in general terms and therefore it would not be bad if you shoot for them.

Of course, it is true that the weapon as such, at least today, is not used by so many characters, but there is a specific character that takes advantage of it a lot and that I think will surprise you because it is a character that is somewhat forgotten. In any case, it is a weapon with a lot of potential, we will see if more suitable characters appear for it in the future.

Clarified this, we go as always with his point-by-point analysis and at the end the characters that I recommend for the weapon. Let’s go there!

ATTRIBUTES OF THE MÁJAIRA AQUAMARINE IN GENSHIN IMPACT

Let’s start by looking at its attributes:

  • Base Attack Level 1: 42.
  • Base Attack Level 90: 510.

His Base Attack is medium compared to the other 4-star Claymores. A higher Base Attack would be cool, but the truth is that the following sections that we will analyze more than make up for it.

Let’s take a look at his secondary stat:

  • Elemental Mastery Level 1: 36.
  • Level 90 Elemental Mastery: 165.

Elemental Mastery is a stat that the more time passes, the more value it takes in Genshin Impact, something that has been noticed much more with the departure of the Dendro element that revolves very much around this stat. The amount of Mastery it gives us is also very good, but let’s keep looking.

The Passive Skill grants the following effect:

  • Every 10 seconds the character will gain 24% of their Elemental Mastery (48% at R5) as Flat Attack. Teammates gain 30% of that effect. It activates even when you are off the field.

The passive is very good, but for the sake of understanding we will do the calculations: If your character had, for example, 400 Elemental Mastery… 24% of 400 is 96, so he would get 96 more flat attack . Of these 96 we have to do 30% (we get 28.8) which would be the extra Attack that we would give to the rest of our teammates. This in R1, in R5 we would basically double the figures.

And obviously where the weapon shines the most is on characters that are equipped with full Elemental Mastery since in these cases it is relatively easy to reach 1000 Elemental Mastery points, so let’s do the calculations again but with 1000 Mastery to see how it goes . We would get the following:

  • On R1:
    • 240 Attack for the character.
    • 72 Attack for the team.
  • In R5:
    • 480 Attack for the character.
    • 144 Attack for the team.

It is obvious that it spreads much more in high refinement and in characters with abundant Elemental Mastery, something quite common in Dendro teams, since it allows us to build Elemental Mastery without leaving Attack too far behind, a statistic that usually decreases quite a bit in this type of builds. The extra Attack that we provide to the group is quite weak compared to what the character gets, but hey, it all adds up.

WHAT CHARACTER DO I PUT IT ON?

It’s a good weapon for characters who are going to have large (huge to really spread) amounts of Elemental Mastery and who also benefit from Attack.

Sayu in Genshin Impact

Sayu , especially if you have her C6, is a character that takes excellent advantage of Májaira Aquamarine since in this constellation it is recommended to build her to full Elemental Mastery since this increases her damage and healing (in addition to Elemental Reactions as is normal in mastery). The Attack also increases its healing and the damage it does, so the weapon will greatly enhance its role both as a healer and as an offensive player, and in the process it will give some extra support to the group by sharing part of that Attack. Tremendous weapon for Sayu.

Other characters to mention (but less relevant, of course):

  • Beidou : In a composition with Dendro in which we have her with a lot of Elemental Mastery, it will go a long way. I don’t put her up next to Sayu because I personally prefer a more standard Beidou build focused on increasing her damage, not his reactions. But that in those compositions the weapon spreads a lot, it is a fact.
  • Razor : For the peculiar build of Razor’s Elemental Mastery for teams with Dendro and with Bennett C6, the weapon goes a long way. If you don’t know that build I know you’re thinking that I’ve gone too far with the Dendro consumption, but Razor is really very viable in a composition of that style because it deals damage with Heart Attack Reactions. I put it here because it’s a very rare and niche build, but it really should be at the top because even though it’s a niche build, the weapon suits it extremely well.
