IS IT WORTH THE END OF THE WATERS IN GENSHIN IMPACT?

IS IT WORTH THE END OF THE WATERS IN GENSHIN IMPACT?

End of the Waters is a 4-star bow from Genshin Impact that we can get for free through Fishing in Sumeru. If you have hype for it since The Capture is a tremendous weapon and it is also achieved by fishing… well right now I’ll give you a blow of reality because the bow is tremendous birria; without exaggerating one bit.

To achieve this, it is necessary to find Loumelat from the Sumeru Fishermen’s Guild that is located near Puerto Ormos, we will need 4 Abyssal Peaches, 16 Lanceolate Marlins and 16 Jade Marlins to exchange for the weapon. For each refinement we will have to exchange 2 Abyssal Peaches, 8 Lanceolate Marlins and 8 Jade Marlins for each Primal Fish Ointment.

I guess you can equip it for a laugh (at least the Claymore Tuna was fine), because if you like your characters to be effective, then you better forget about it. But anyway, let’s see his analysis and others and at the end as always the section of “what character do I put it on”; spoiler: none .

WATERS END ATTRIBUTES IN GENSHIN IMPACT

Let’s start by looking at its attributes:

  • Base Attack Level 1: 42.
  • Base Attack Level 90: 510.

As for Base Attack, it is in the middle ground, neither too much nor too little, it is there. It has the same Base Attack as Last Chord , Rust, or Night Waltz to name a few examples.

  • Energy Recharge Level 1: 10%.
  • Energy Recharge Level 90: 45.94%.

Regarding the secondary stat, we have a good amount of Energy Recharge, which is generally not what we will use in a bow for the vast majority of characters, but that does not mean that some do not have such a need for this stat to even put it a weapon with reload… the problem is that now we go with the passive and it’s so meh that it’s not worth it at all.

Passive Skill:

  • When using the Elemental Skill we will activate an effect that will cause when hitting an enemy we will cause a hit in an area (small) of physical damage of 80% of Attack that can occur up to 3 times but with 2 seconds between one attack and another. This effect can be activated every 12s (you get all 3 charges at once). If you do not attack the effect disappears after 15 seconds.

The worst of this, if the fact that the damage is physical (and few physical archers) and that the % of Attack on which the damage is based (even if it is 3 hits) is not already enough, on top of this effect only activates if the character is on the battlefield . Which means that this bow shit is supposed to be carried by a Main DPS and on top of that he would have to be physical to take advantage of it (and also need a lot of recharge).

I think words are unnecessary, let’s go with the section of “which character do I put it on” and others… but I have already spoiled you.

WHAT CHARACTER DO I PUT IT ON?

That said, do not put it on anyone since we would need a main DPS physical archer who also needs a lot of Energy Recharge and at least today that does not exist and even if it did exist, he would surely have better options (it would depend on his kit, but come on , which is 100% guaranteed that if a character like this comes out he will have better arcs than this one).

You might think that maybe for a Main DPS Fischl focused on physical damage it can spread but for that we already have bows like Rust or the Night Waltz and on top of that Fischl doesn’t need such an amount of Energy Recharge at all because it’s battery and recharge that’s nice.

Another option would be to put it on healer archers ( Diona ) just for Energy Recharge, but then we’d be wasting the passive (which, while crappy, is wasted). And again in these cases we have much better options like Arch of Favonius or Arch of Sacrifice .

Total, it ‘s not worth it … so look, we save fishing, I guess that’s the only good thing we can get out of this.
