by After the recent addition of the Bees in Minecraft 1.15 it occurred to me that it would be a good idea to make a house in the shape of a bee and after a while working on it this has been the result and the truth is that I quite like how it has turned out .
And it is that Minecraft bees are quite cool, right? At least I loved this inclusion, what do you think? Overall, I have decided to create a Bee House totally following the design of the Bees in the game, which the truth is that it is quite successful or at least I like it a lot.
The point is… Do you want to have a house like this? Well, then I’ll explain how to do it step by step and with many photos so you can see how things should look.
LIST OF OBJECTS FOR THE BEE HOUSE IN MINECRAFT
These are the objects that I have used in creative, if you are in survival you can always come up with other objects with similar colors, but I think these are the objects that are best for the design.
- Yellow Concrete.
- Brown concrete.
- Black Concrete.
- Crystal or Glass.
- Sky Blue Crystal.
- Ladders.
- Torches.
CREATING THE FOUNDATION
The first thing you should do is create a glass or crystal column to simulate that the Bee is flying, you can put it at the height you want and from there create the base.
The base is 7 x 9 squares and you must follow the pattern you see in the image. The face would be 3 rows of yellow concrete and the Bee’s ass would be 2 rows of brown concrete.
BEE BODY
To have the complete body now you just have to give three dimensions to the base following the same pattern. The height is 7 squares.
Don’t stuff everything inside as this is meant to be a house, so leave the inside hollow for now.
BEE FACE
Now we are going to continue with the face of the Bee House . Each eye is a 2 x 3 and made of black concrete, except for the pupils, which are made of light blue glass.
The antennas are also created with black concrete and you will have to put three cubes diagonally as you see in the photo.
THE LEGS AND THE LADDER
We continue with the lower part of the Casa Abeja. For the legs, brown concrete blocks will suffice and we must always put them on the yellow stripes, in the photo you can better see what I say.
Make a hole at the bottom of the bee to enter the house and add stairs . In my case I have made a mistake since the hole to enter should be placed one block further back, right on the central yellow line, I recommend that you do it that way.
THE INTERIOR OF THE BEE HOUSE
As you can see, the interior looks quite good with the bee design. The part that can be seen in the background of the photo would be the wall that faces the face of the bee, but I have added a yellow wall to cover up the drawing of the eyes and others, which was quite bad.
Here you decide what you want to put inside your Bee House, you can turn it into your house, a warehouse or even have some bees here inside or around the house, something that would surely look very good.
You can also add some windows on the sides if you want… well, you can do a thousand things with this.
BEE WINGS
The wings of the Bee are created with glass , follow the pattern you see in the photo. Remember that you must leave a space in the center without glass.
By the way, in the photo you can’t see it well, but the wings are attached to the body of the bee and it is only 1 meter high.
BEE STINGER
And to finish with our Bee House we only have to add a stinger , which luckily will not sting us even if we hit it. By the way, don’t kill minecraft bees and even less real life ones! They are very important for the planet!
The Stinger is created with simply two black concrete blocks in the center of the Bee’s ass.
And after this step you already have your incredible Bee-shaped House in Minecraft ! Now if you want you can improve it or adapt it to your liking, take this guide as a kind of base of what you can create, from this you could create things a thousand times better.
