Without a doubt today we have one of the most disturbing titles in history in Korosenai because as it indicates we can kill, sacrifice and bury our followers in Cult of the Lamb and in fact it is something that as disturbing as it sounds, many Sometimes it will be necessary for the good of our sect.
And it is that it turns out, especially if we do not do our job well as leader of our sect, that some of our followers could develop a contrary feeling towards us thus losing their loyalty. The worst thing about this is that he will not only refuse to work for us, but on top of that he will try to convince the other adepts to join them and that is something we cannot allow.
Against this we have two options:
- Make them see that they are wrong : We can interact with them to try to “re-educate” them, which will rarely work, luckily we have some less orthodox methods to convince them that we will talk about in the future because today we will focus on the second option.
- Finish them off: You know, a weed is best removed (how quickly I got into the role of cult leader, how scary) before it spoils our beautiful garden.
So nothing, let’s see how we can get rid of those who dare to oppose our mandate (gosh, the Out of Context in this post).
HOW TO ASSASSINATE AN ADEPT IN CULT OF THE LAMB
Everything starts from the doctrines, a series of rules that we have to establish in our sect for its management and that the truth is that they will be very useful. The game itself will teach us how to choose a doctrine, so it doesn’t make much sense for me to explain it.
What will be important is that you choose a doctrine from the category of “Law and Order” as an option and that of the 2 options that appear you choose ” Kill an Adept “.
Once chosen when interacting with an adept you will see that the option to kill him will appear. If it doesn’t even occur to you to do it in broad daylight with all the followers awake because they will be pissed off (normal, I say). Wait until it’s night while they’re all asleep (you’ll have to wake him up to kill him) and you decide if you want to give him a decent burial or take advantage of the flesh of his body to… well, to feed your followers… we’ll talk more about that in the future punishment post.
HOW TO SACRIFICE ADEPTS
The above method is for those cult leaders who want to do things in secret and so on from weak cult leaders. What better than creating a sacrificial ritual in which the followers believe that the sacrificed will go to some kind of paradise or something and that on top of that makes all your followers happy while you finish off the rebel? Yeah you can do this indie of the year I just drop it
To achieve this, you will have to unlock the « Faith in Sacrifice Trait » Doctrine from the «Life in the Hereafter» category, since this will make our followers happy when we make sacrifices and therefore you will obtain points of faith when this happens (not is a strictly necessary step, but it is better to have it before proceeding).
After this we will need to unlock the « Meat Sacrifice » Ritual (the Rituals can be activated in the Temple). The cost to do it is one adept (the poor guy who will die) and 75 Bones (which you get in raids by hitting the skeletons in the area or those of the enemies). Doing this will not only increase faith in our sect, but will also increase our strength and unlock new abilities and weapons; and as if that were not enough we have got rid of the rebellious adept, a perfect plan.
This also comes in handy when one of your followers is already very old, at which time they do not produce anything but consume resources (food, continue to relieve themselves…); so it is not a bad idea to take advantage of it to make a sacrifice, also this will make your followers not sad when he dies naturally; all advantages.
HOW TO BURY THEM
And either because you have finished with them or because they die naturally, you can give them a decent burial, something that your followers will also appreciate.
In order to do so you will have to unlock the « Mass Grave » construction (occupies one square and costs 10 coins and 5 Wood) in the Divine Inspiration interface. It is the improvement that is on the left from the beginning of the tree, so you can get it very quickly.
First you will have to build your Mass Grave where you want (its thing is that it is isolated) go to the body to interact with it and after this you grab it to put it in the grave, little more to say about it.
And that’s it! Did you know about all these ways to… interact with adepts in Cult of the Lamb ? Have you ever had to resort to these? Leave your comment!
