Event details
During the event period, help Hajanad of Sumeru in his research, enjoy redesign effects during battles and complete the corresponding tests and missions to earn the “Cauldron of Herbs” decoration, primo gems, materials skill enhancements and other rewards.
Event duration
- From September 15, 2022 at 11 a.m. to September 26, 2022 at 4:59 a.m. (server time).
Conditions of participation
- Adventure Level (AR) greater than or equal to 20.
Remarks
- A new challenge will unlock every two days from the first day of the event. A total of four challenges will be available.
- In each challenge, complete 3 consecutive combat rounds using the trial characters or your own characters.
- Using a redesign device to trigger redesign effects in the challenge will randomly activate one or more bonuses for a short period of time, providing considerable support during combat.
- Complete the “Controllable Explosion” quest to obtain the Cauldron of Herbs decoration .
Unlock event
To unlock the event, head east of Sumeru City, there you’ll meet Hajanad, a young researcher from the Academy who needs your help to concoct the ultimate alchemical potion (and seems to confuse Paimon with a to be intelligent). She will give you a Redesign Device and a Redesign Pill needed after the operations.
How challenges work
You must consecutively complete 3 rounds during the “Tablet Analysis” challenges. Each challenge round requires you to defeat constantly emerging enemies to earn points before time runs out. The team organization can be changed between rounds in order to deal with different types of enemies. At the end of the challenge, you will get a badge based on your score.
The redesign device can be used once every 15s during the challenge to gain one or more potential redesign effects. Activated redesign effects grant powerful combat bonuses for a limited time. Each combat round offers different redesign effects, so use the redesign device at appropriate times to make the fight faster and more efficient.
Killing enemies during the challenge shortens the ToR of the redesign device. However, this ToR cannot be reduced once it is less than 5s.
