This guide aims to cover everything related to fishing, from how to do it, how to complete the mission that the fisherman will give us, and of course we will also talk about the reward that we will obtain for it, which is not bad at all.
HOW TO UNLOCK FISHING AND FISH
Unlocking fishing is extremely simple since it will be enough to meet an NPC called Fisherman (he is a fish man) and talk to him. We will find it randomly in some of the Dark Forest areas; The truth came out to me pretty soon.
After talking to him, he will unlock ” Pilgrim’s Passage ” (an area that has a lighthouse, I recommend you do its missions, the ones inside the lighthouse, I mean) and we will find him there next to the lake. Talk to him again so that he gives you the mission to get 4 aquatic creatures (I don’t say fish because they aren’t fish, you’ll see below).
To fish you stand on the red mark next to the fisherman and it is the typical system of staying inside a bar until you manage to catch the fish in question, like the one we saw in Stardew Valley (great game).
FISHING MISSION: CRAB, LOBSTER, OCTOPUS AND SQUID
Overcoming the Fisherman’s Fishing mission is very simple since to get the Crab, the Lobster, the Octopus and the Squid it will simply depend on our luck. It will be enough to fish in the fisherman’s area and we will have the probability that this type of creatures will appear.
Keep in mind that we usually get these creatures from the biggest fish in the pool, but I still recommend you catch them all. The rare thing would be that you manage to overcome the mission in one day, you will have to return several times and be lucky.
I’ll tell you in advance that the Lobster is what will take the longest to come out (unless you’re very lucky), so don’t worry if it doesn’t come out because I’m telling you, it ends up coming out sooner or later.
REWARDS FOR FISHING
Leaving aside the common fish that we can obtain that will help us create cooking recipes to feed our Adepts, in addition to this we can also obtain the following things through fishing and its mission:
- Fleece : For each sea creature of the 4 that we are asked to deliver to the fisherman we will obtain 1/4 of Fleece and therefore by delivering all of them we will obtain the complete Fleece. Remember that we can use it in the crown section to unlock the different Fleeces (they allow us to further customize the combat experience in raids with advantages and disadvantages).
- Neptune’s Curse Tarot Card : An interesting card for feeding our followers as it will make enemies have a chance to drop a fish when they die.
- Adept Form : A pretty cool adept form for our adepts to look like a fish, worthy of a tremendous fisherman.
