by Coppélia ‘s Doom is the male figure that is part of the Cryocephire Suite in Genshin Impact , his combat and rewards are different from the combat against the female figure of the duo, Coppélia’s Funeral .
Unlike the fight against Coppélia’s Funeral, here she will be the one who constantly attacks us while Coppélius maintains a more defensive role. When the two separate, it will protect itself with a Cryo shield that we can break through Elemental Reactions, but the most efficient is to destroy it with a single blow by applying ousia energy to it.
To fight against the Condemnation of Coppélius we will have to go to the Fontana Lucine and cross the bridge, in this we will find an NPC called Maillardet with whom we must speak to enable the combat and choose which member of the Cryocéfiro Suite we want to fight against.
COMBAT AND RECOMMENDED CHARACTERS
First of all, clarify that attacking Coppélia in this fight will not help us at all, since the life bar only belongs to Coppélius and she will only act as his personal Support .
In the first phase Coppélia and Coppélius will stay together all the time, they will make 3 or 4 moves, but the only one from the Cryocéfiro Suite that will attack us will be Coppélia dealing Anemo Damage while dancing with Coppélius.
After we’ve been attacked several times, the duo will split up and the following things will happen on the battlefield: Coppélius will stay locked in the center of the battlefield while equipping Cryo Release shields and executing icy pirouettes, he will summon 3 Cryo creations that they’ll blast out this elemental damage over a fairly large area, and Coppélia will skate around the edges of the field on her own, blasting waves at us that deal Anemo Damage.
Coppelius’ Cryo shield can be broken by attacking him with Elemental Reactions, but it’s most efficient to cause his shield to be broken immediately by applying ousia energy to it.
As Main DPS we can take the character we prefer, as long as it does not belong to the Cryo Element , since Coppélius has a very high resistance to it; so some recommendations are: Globetrotter , Shikanoin Heizou , Hu Tao , Yanfei , Hydro Voyager , Tartaglia , Shogun Raiden , Razor , Arataki Itto or Noelle .
As for Support DPS , we could use Xiangling quite well, as his Pyronado is perfect for breaking through the Cryo shield that Coppeliús puts on when he’s left alone in the middle of the field; however, it will also be useful for us to bring other characters such as: Nahida , Yelan , Collei , Xingchiu , Fischl or Yae Miko .
In this fight we should take a fairly resistant shielder , since we will have to deal with Coppélius’s attacks, with Coppélia’s attacks and with the creations that deal Cryo Damage at the same time, so we recommend you take characters like Zhongli , Layla , Thoma or Kirara or at least one healer that heals constantly like Sangonomiya Kokomi , Kuki Shinobu , Bennett or Yaoyao .
We should also include in our team a character that has ousia energy in the team, like Lynette , since the application of this energy will allow us to destroy Coppélius’s Cryo shield with a single blow.
ATTACK GUIDE
These are all the attacks that Coppélius can perform:
- Frost Explosion : Coppélius will summon 3 creations that, unlike those of Coppélia’s Funeral, these will remain static on the battlefield. These creations will periodically generate Cryo Damage explosions in an area.
- Frozen Spin : The enemy will stand alone in the center of the field and from time to time will execute a spin that will deal a lot of Cryo Damage.
- Frozen Shell : When separated from Coppélia, this enemy can generate a Cryo shield that protects it from all damage; we can break it by generating Elemental Reactions or simply attacking it with ousia energy.
And these are the attacks that Coppélia will help Coppélius with:
- Wind Spheres : The enemy will throw 3 orbs that inflict Anemo Damage and each of them will have a different trajectory, they will not chase us and move in a straight line following their trajectory.
- Dance of the Breeze : Coppélia will perform a circular spin around Coppélius dealing Anemo Damage in a small area, it will only affect us if we are too close to them.
- Cyclone : Copélius will let go of Coppélia’s hand for a moment so that she executes a jump and then does a spinning attack that deals Anemo Damage in a very small area.
- Sonic Waves : While Coppélius is alone in the center of the field, Coppélia will throw a couple of waves at us that deal heavy Anemo Damage from time to time from the ends of the field.
