by Arlan is a four-star character that belongs to the Path of Destruction in Honkai Star Rail , although having such high damage in his skills and practically only attacking one target (except the Ultimate, which also deals damage to adjacent enemies ), looks more like a character from the Way of the Hunt.
This character is a double-edged sword, since he has quite high damage numbers in his abilities, but to boost this damage it is necessary that his HPs remain low and when using his Basic Ability, he will consume them.

ATTRIBUTES OR STATS
These are the Attributes or Stats that Arlan will have at the maximum level:

He stands out for having a fairly high SPD for a four-star character, so his HP and Base ATK aren’t bad at all. The problem comes from her DEF, which is quite low for a character who needs to keep his HP very low to get the most out of him.
ARLAN’S ABILITIES

- Something Irreplaceable ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐: +24% ATK and when receiving damage or eliminating an enemy we will heal 8% of ATK as Life and increase Damage by +24% until the end of its next turn (only 1 time per turn ).
- About the Fall of an Aeon ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐: +8% ATK each time you make an attack for the entire battle and maximum 4 stacks. Breaking an enemy’s weakness also increases damage by 12% for 2 turns.
- Moles Welcome You ⭐⭐⭐⭐: +12% ATK when using Basic ATK, Basic Ability or Ultimate Ability; each of these 3 provides the bonus independently.
