ALL PITBOOK SPELLS IN HAVE A NICE DEATH

ALL PITBOOK SPELLS IN HAVE A NICE DEATH

Pitbook is the Death Incorporated codex, in addition to being the grimoire that allows you to cast spells on the Grim Reaper in Have a Nice Death , throughout history it has received various names such as “The Book of Doors” or “The Story of the Passage Final”, but despite containing a lot of knowledge about magic and the occult, it is full of jokes and bad jokes.

Unlike cloak weapons, instead of being conditioned by ammo reload time, we’ll be limited by the amount of max mana we have. We’ll start with 50 mana initially, but we can permanently increase this amount by 10 with the Eternal Mana Plus item .

We can find this object on the “Mana Department” and “Vitam-Mana Department” floors (unless you get a Vitam Plus in this reward) or as a random reward for breaking the vase after overcoming a confrontation in a plant.

The ways that we have to get these spells for Pitbook are the following: in the plants called ” Spell Shop “, randomly breaking the vase when overcoming the confrontation of each room, one can drop randomly in “Equipment Storage”, “Dangerous Plant” or “Intriguing Plant” or it may be one of the options to buy in the Marcos Shop in exchange for 30 Almeuros.

BEES

One of my favorite spells in the entire game; when using this spell we will summon two bees that will search for the enemy automatically and inflict 15 points of damage each, as it is a spell with a very low mana cost, we can use it many times.

  • Base Damage : 15 points.
  • Mana Consumption : 15 points.

When activating the fury of the bees we will summon a whole colony of wasps that will attack the enemies in a frenzy, the damage of these is still 15 base damage points.

OPEN-COVER-CORPSE

This spell summons a bolt of lightning that hits enemies 3-4 times on impact (inflicting 15 base damage on each hit), Open-Cover-Corpse will create this bolt in a vertical line at exactly the location where it is struck. find the grim reaper

  • Base Damage : 15 points.
  • Recharge : 1.2 s.
  • Mana Consumption : 15 points.

If we unleash the fury with Open-Cover-Corpse, we will create several bolts to the sides of the Grim Reaper that will deal 15 base damage each time they hit an enemy.

ALESTRELLA

Using the Alestrella will leave a small clock on the field that will explode in a large area after a few seconds, dealing 100 base damage to all enemies within the explosion.

  • Base Damage : 100 points.
  • Recharge : 0.65 s.
  • Mana Consumption : 35 points.

His fury is very similar to the effect of the spell itself, only it will explode in a much larger area and its base damage will be multiplied by three.

MAGIC BOOMERANG

To the naked eye, the Magical Boomerang looks more like a Cloak weapon than a Pitbook spell; this boomerang will travel a certain distance forward when summoned and then travel a much longer distance on its way back, dealing 15 base damage each time it lands a hit on an enemy

  • Base Damage : 15 points.
  • Mana Consumption : 30 points.

The Magic Boomerang’s fury bar attack consists of summoning six boomerangs around the Grim Reaper performing a spinning attack for a few seconds, each time one hits an enemy it will deal 20 base damage.

WINTER BREEZE

The Winter Breeze consists of summoning a very fast whirlwind that attacks in a straight line, its damage is very poor but it makes up for it by impregnating the enemies with the Frozen effect, which will reduce the speed of the affected enemies.

  • Base Damage : 10 points.
  • Mana Consumption : 15 points.
  • Effect : Applies Frozen (slows down enemies).

His fury creates a column of wind that performs several blows that deal 25 base damage, it is not especially strong.

LYBERIS SKULLS

It is a spell that summons numerous skulls on the battlefield that will explode after a few moments; This spell is very useful against enemies that do not move very fast and have a large size, but it has a very high mana consumption.

  • Base Damage : 25 points.
  • Mana Consumption : 50 points.

I don’t really like his fury, since it’s pretty much the same and deals the same damage for each explosion, but the difference is that there is only one skull that continuously explodes next to the Grim Reaper, so we can only hit one enemy against him. that we are having a melee combat.

IMPROVISED ROCKETS

Fires a rocket in a straight line that deals 5 damage, after hitting an enemy it will cause an explosion that deals 40 base damage in area.

  • Base Damage : 5 points.
  • Mana Consumption : 25 points.

His fury is somewhat curious, he fires two missiles in a diagonal trajectory to the left and right that will explode creating multiple little stars, these stars will deal between 10 and 6 base damage when falling on enemies.

NOSE COMBINATION

Nose Combipest will create a pair of bolts that will travel across the battlefield in a zig-zag path, dealing 30 damage each time an enemy is hit.

  • Base Damage : 27 points.
  • Mana Consumption : 25 points.
  • Effect : Grants +3 damage to spells.

In this case, the fury is the same as the spell, but it gains a greater amount of lightning and increases the size of its area considerably.

CURAJUELA

It is a most curious spell, it consumes 15 HP to create two Kafés (each Kafé will restore 10 HP).

  • Base Damage : 3 points.
  • Recharge : 15 sec.
  • Mana Consumption : 100 points.
  • Effect : Applies Unstable Cure (Heals HP, but deals damage at intervals over a set time).

The fury of this spell is a meme, it invokes a golden shower of cups of Kafé; this fury will cause our PS to regenerate automatically until the next time they hit us. This makes it one of the best spells, as you won’t need Blue Souls to heal yourself (but you’ll still need Gold Souls to recover lost hit points).

SPITS FIRE

Spawns a straight line that ignites the ground, dealing 5 damage, all enemies hit by Spitfire will be burned and take passive damage for a few seconds.

  • Base Damage : 5 points.
  • Mana Consumption : 15 points.
  • Effect : Applies Burn (deals damage over time, spreads).

If we unleash the fury we will create an area of fire on the ground that will deal the same damage, but this time there will be a flame that looks like a dragon that will jump on top of the enemies.

APPROACH

Focus makes the Grim Reaper gain mana regeneration while increasing his max HP and max mana for a certain time, it’s a spell that doesn’t deal damage but builds support to cast another.

  • Base Damage : 0 points.
  • Mana Consumption : 5 points.

The effects of the rage of Focus will reduce the cost of the spells enormously for 30 seconds, so this spell will only rent us if we have another offensive one equipped (so we would have to sacrifice carrying a Layer weapon in the another slot).

BURST

The Explosion is very similar to the Alestar, except that it explodes immediately, dealing 25 less base damage than the other spell.

  • Base Damage : 75 points.
  • Mana Consumption : 50 points.

It has a very good rage, since it creates an explosion that covers almost the entire screen and deals 250 base damage to everyone inside it.

RAVENOUS BLAST

If we use this spell we will create a kind of pincer that will crush the enemies to inflict 30 points of damage and restore part of our life (this only affects wound healing, not HP lost).

  • Base Damage : 30 points.
  • Mana Consumption : 50 points.
  • Effect : -15% Max HP, but this spell gains +20% Life Steal.

Summons jaws that will constantly crush enemies for 30 points of damage, we will also receive additional maximum HP for each enemy that is defeated in this way.

FIERY ARROW

A very simple spell that summons a small flame that follows the trajectory of a straight line to hit enemies, each of these flames will deal 15 base damage.

  • Base Damage : 20 points.
  • Mana Consumption : 15 points.

This spell’s rage damage isn’t bad at all, as it summons three gigantic flames that deal 75 base damage per hit on enemies.

DARK CLAWS

Summons a claw that crushes enemies for 25 base damage; if we use this spell in the air, we will summon a total of three claws instead of one (to the left, to the right and below the Grim Reaper).

  • Base Damage : 25 points.
  • Mana Consumption : 10 points.

With his fury he will create a vortex from which numerous claws will come out and attack enemies within a certain area, but his damage is reduced and he will only deal 15 base damage per hit.

GANGLION X-4

This spell summons a spiked ball that bounces across the field to deal damage to nearby enemies, the same attack as the Thanager X4-H .

  • Base Damage : 15 points.
  • Mana Consumption : 25 points.

If we use the fury of Ganglion X-4 we will create a ball that works the same as the original spell, but with a much larger size.

STARRY HALO

By spending mana when using the Starry Halo, we will create two stars that will revolve around the Grim Reaper for several seconds, they will deal 10 points of damage each time they come into contact with an enemy.

  • Base Damage : 10 points.
  • Recharge : 8 sec.
  • Mana Consumption : 50 points.

His rage works exactly the same as the main spell, only it greatly increases the size of its damage area and summons several additional stars.

CONTRACTUAL HURRICANE

Summons a book below the enemy that generates a whirlwind that deals multiple hits for 30 damage; It is a very good spell but it consumes an inordinate amount of mana.

  • Base Damage : 30 points.
  • Recharge : 2.5s.
  • Mana Consumption : 100 points.

If we spend the rage bar with this spell, we will create the same whirlwind but it will move across the battlefield at high speed and the damage of its blows becomes 35 base damage instead of 30.

GALACTIC WRATH

One of the best spells in the entire game despite its high mana cost; Summons a barrage of meteorites in a perpendicular trajectory that will impact enemies for 35 base damage per hit.

  • Base Damage : 35 points.
  • Recharge : 7 sec.
  • Mana Consumption : 100 points.

His rage works the same way but the size of the meteors is increased (thus making them harder to dodge) and some of them will deal 50 damage instead of 35.

STORMSWORN

Summons a beam of light onto the field that purges your enemies dealing up to 5 hits for 15 damage each.

  • Base Damage : 15 points.
  • Recharge : 2 sec.
  • Mana Consumption : 50 points.

If we spend the fury meter with Stormsworn we will summon a fire bolt that statically attacks enemies for 10 points of damage; In addition, it will heal us for 1 HP continuously if we stay close to said beam.

RAIN OF STONES

A pile of stones that fall at high speed on enemies, it is very similar to the dance of stones from Lament Brad .

  • Base Damage : 15 points.
  • Recharge : 0.4 s.
  • Mana Consumption : 35 points.

If we run the fury, it will simply drop a much larger number of stones and its area will cover the entire screen, but the base damage will remain the same.

COLD MIND

It is a spell that does not deal any type of damage, but heals part of the wounds received in exchange for reducing part of your maximum HP.

  • Base Damage : 0 points.
  • Recharge : 3 sec.
  • Mana Consumption : 100 points.
  • Effect : Applies Sacrificial Heal (heals you, but reduces your max HP).

The good thing is that part of the maximum HP that we have lost with the heals we can recover by unleashing the fury of the Cold Mind, thus being able to generate a balance between the heals and the lost HP.

MYRIAD OF STARS

A slightly strange spell, since it summons 5 greenish spheres that are located behind you for a few moments later to impact forward against the enemies that are at a certain distance.

  • Base Damage : 6 points.
  • Mana Consumption : 25 points.

His fury creates two rows of green spheres below and above enemies that will bounce off each other three times, dealing 20 damage each time they hit.

MOSCOJONERA

Summons two very heavy mosquitoes that flutter around the enemy and for a long time they will sting him continuously until they disappear, although their base damage is low, between the two they can deal 18 hits.

  • Base Damage : 5 points.
  • Mana Consumption : 50 points.

Fury is very similar to the base spell, only instead of being two gnats, it summons three swarms that attack a greater number of times and at a higher speed.

DEATHCINE

By consuming the Deadly Death we will increase the damage of our attacks considerably, but in exchange we will get intoxicated and lose part of our life (which does not rent, so it should only be used in very specific situations).

  • Base Damage : 0 points.
  • Recharge : 6 sec.
  • Mana Consumption : 100 points.
  • Effect : Applies Intoxication (inflicts wounds on the Grim Reaper in exchange for temporarily increasing its damage).

Unleashing the fury with the Deadly Death can be useful for battles against Thanagers or Wailing, since it reduces the recharge time of the sprint for about 15 seconds (which means that we can use the sprint almost continuously and will be very useful to time to dodge attacks).

POISON FOG

Poison Mist’s base damage is very light, but it leaves a green mist over a large part of the field that will persistently poison enemies and last for a few seconds.

  • Base Damage : 1 point.
  • Recharge : 1.2 s.
  • Mana Consumption : 50 points.
  • Effect : Applies Poison (deals damage over time and is stackable) and increases its duration by +1.

Unleashing the fury of the Poison Mist will spawn two toxic green clouds that will continuously chase enemies, applying Poison to them and stacking lots of Poison charges on them.

SHOCK WAVE

It doesn’t have much of a story, a simple burst on a small hit area that deals 35 damage; It seems to me a fairly regular spell for the amount of mana it consumes.

  • Base Damage : 35 points.
  • Recharge : 0.4 s.
  • Mana Consumption : 50 points.

His fury isn’t much better either, firing off a few similar AoE bursts, each dealing 35 base damage on impact.

PIERCING RAY

This spell is much better than Shockwave despite having the same mana cost, Piercing Beam summons seven homing bolts that seek out enemies for 12 damage each.

  • Base Damage : 12 points.
  • Mana Consumption : 50 points.

In this case, what the fury does is to create a circle in which many more lightning bolts are invoked than in the original spell, but their base damage is reduced to 10 points.

SEPULCHRAL RAY

It is a spell that initially only generates 5 base damage, but if we attack the enemy 5 times in a row with this spell, we will generate an explosion that will cause 50 damage.

  • Base Damage : 5 points.
  • Mana Consumption : 10 points.

The fury of the Sepulchral Lightning consists of invoking a bunch of horizontal rays that cover the screen, the good thing is that its blows increase its power to 10 points of base damage and as it happens with the original spell, when hitting an enemy 5 times with this attack, causes an explosion that deals 50 damage.

SLICE SOULS

Vortex that deals 15 base damage to enemies and increases the damage a little for about 5 seconds based on the number of enemies hit with this spell; Soul Slicer’s effect is stackable.

  • Base Damage : 15 points.
  • Mana Consumption : 40 points.
  • Effect : Applies Fury of Souls (increases damage for each enemy hit).

Soul Slicer’s fury creates a vortex larger than the original spell and increases its damage to 50 points, this fury also applies the effect of Soul Fury.

POISONED GIFT

Casting this spell will drop two green orbs that will deal 5 damage to the enemy and apply the Poison effect.

  • Base Damage : 5 points.
  • Mana Consumption : 10 points.
  • Effect : Applies Poison (deals damage over time, stacks).

If we spend the fury meter with the Poisoned Gift, we will create a huge balloon that will fragment into four other smaller balloons, each one will go to one of the corners of the screen and explode to impregnate the enemies with the Poison state.

SPITEFUL RUMINATOR

Summons a small green monster that executes multiple bites that deal 8 base damage to nearby enemies.

  • Base Damage : 8 points.
  • Recharge : 0.5s.
  • Mana Consumption : 15 points.

If we execute the Spiteful Ruminator’s fury, we will summon several of these monsters but with enormous size and they will move throughout the screen generating 40 base damage points to any monster that is in their path.

TEMPUS ABJURATUM

A very random spell that generates very low damage but in exchange its effect produces an alteration, this can give us a bonus or a penalty for a short period of time.

  • Base Damage : 10 points.
  • Recharge : 1.5s.
  • Mana Consumption : 50 points.
  • Effect : Applies Alteration (generates a bonus or penalty randomly for a short time)

His fury does the exact same thing but in a much wider area and hits three times instead of once.

PERFECT STORM

This is a fairly powerful spell that sequentially creates a burst of lightning that moves across the battlefield, perfect for dealing a lot of damage to large enemies.

  • Base Damage : 30 points.
  • Recharge : 0.9 s.
  • Mana Consumption : 50 points.

By unleashing the fury of the Perfect Storm, the lightning bolts will impact the battlefield for a longer time, no longer sequentially, but will strike randomly in different locations.

TOXELATOR

Causes icy spikes that ram into enemies for 15 damage, then explode for the same amount of damage again.

  • Base Damage : 15 points.
  • Mana Consumption : 50 points.

The Toxelador’s Fury will allow us to cover the areas surrounding the Reaper’s location on the battlefield with these icy spikes, thus being able to hit a large number of enemies at the same time.

DARKPAWS

This is a very fast spell that creates multiple blades that slash nearby enemies multiple times and applies the Bleeding effect to them.

  • Base Damage : 5 points.
  • Recharge : 0.14 s.
  • Mana Consumption : 10 points.
  • Effect : Applies Bleeding (deals additional damage with each hit).

The Fury of the Darkpaws generate a long series of airborne slashes that span a moderate area of the battlefield, each strike dealing 10 base damage and applying the Bleeding effect.
