by Yerma is an NPC from Blasphemous 2 that stands out quite a bit among all the others since she will help us in some battles just as happened with a similar NPC in Blasphemous 1 . Although it must also be said that the help he offers us is somewhat poor, but anyway, I guess all help is always appreciated.
Her mission as such is quite simple since we will mainly have to talk to her and as a result of that we will find her in front of the door of some of the bosses. Her idea is that we talk to her and always give the option “yes” and that’s it; With this we will get her to help us with the shift boss and it will also allow us to progress in her story.
But… yes, and this is very important that you keep in mind . There will come a point in her story (by the end) where you will have to get an item before talking to her at a boss door or else you will get a pretty bitter ending for her (you get the idea, but I I’m not going to reveal the spoiler .) Don’t worry because in the post I will explain how you can avoid this and how to complete your mission well.
FIRST LOCATION: DEEP LAMENT
This is the first location where we will find Yerma, it will be necessary to talk to her where I indicate on the map (the blue colored room with the puppet). You always have to say yes to everything , this applies to all the following encounters, I say this so I don’t keep repeating myself all the time.
This area is “Deep Lament”, which is the first area we must go to as soon as we reach the “City of the Holy Name” (it is on the way down). In fact, Yerma is in front of where we get the first ability (that of “climbing” walls), so it is impossible to skip this dialogue if you want to be able to continue with the main story of the game.
SECOND LOCATION: SACRED TOMBS
We will find it again in Sagrados Sepultos, an area that we have on the upper left from “Ciudad del Santo Nombre”, but first we will have to go through “Acueducto de los Costales”. We have it right in front of the boss « Grand Preceptor Radames «, so there is no loss in that sense.
The photo above indicates the location of the boss, you will find Yerma in the room that is just to the left of where I mark with the arrow and the skull. By saying yes to everything as always, she will help us a little in defeating the boss.
THIRD LOCATION: UNDER ITS FLOORS
The next location where we will find it is just before the battle against the Sharpener , the best boss in the game because after all, it is the Sharpener. He will be right in the Shrine in front of the boss, so again there is no loss.
This area is called “Under Their Floors” and you will find it if you continue down from “Deep Lament”; First you will reach “Mother of Mothers” (it is also in this game, but it is very ruined) and if you continue going down you will end up reaching “Under Her Floors”.
HOLY OIL OF EVERLASTING ANOINTING: RAISED TEMPLES
Here comes the important part. Make sure you do what I’m going to tell you about before finding it in the next location (Dos Lunas) .
First you have to defeat Synod, Hymn of a Thousand Voices ; first because that will unlock the “Dos Lunas” area (don’t go there yet, hey, let’s see, you can go… but if you find Yerma, don’t even think about talking to her or facing the boss of “Dos Lunas”) and second because You will need the ability “Protection of the Kindred” (the one that activates the cherubic rings, you get it a little above where you face Synod) to get the item that Yerma needs to complete her mission well.
In fact, as soon as you defeat Synod you go to the following location of Raised Temples (the area above “Holy Name City” unlocked after defeating the 3 Regrets:
There is no mystery in getting there, you simply need the skill that I mentioned a little above. There you will find the “Holy Oil of Everlasting Anointing”, an object that you must give to Yerma in the following location.
FOURTH LOCATION: TWO MOONS
First of all, make sure you have completed the previous step before talking to her again .
This would be the last part, we will find it again in front of the door against the boss, ” Svona, Fermosa Fembra ” in this case. Give him the Holy Oil and say yes to everything as usual, after this he will help you in the battle and you will get what would be the good ending of his story.
