by Pela is a 4-star character from Honkai Star Rail , but don’t be fooled by her being a 4-star character, she is still highly recommended and in my opinion one of the most powerful characters in Nihility (and perhaps of the game).
It stands out for removing buffs from enemies, something that is very useful, and for also being able to noticeably reduce the DEF of all enemies through its Ultimate, which means that your entire team deals greater damage. The fact that it is an Ice element is also good since it is without a doubt one of the best elements when it comes to Weakness Break .

The truth is that in terms of attributes it does not stand out at all. He has low HP and ATK, his Defense is better but he still doesn’t reach average and where he stands out a little more luckily (since it suits him quite well) is in SPD .
PELA’S ABILITIES

BASIC ATK: ICE SHOT
Deal 50% Cold Damage to a single enemy of your choice.
BASIC SKILL: FROST

Inflicts 120% Cold Damage to an enemy and if the enemy has a buff , it will be removed (maximum one buff removed per attack).
ULTIMATE ABILITY: AREA SUPPRESSION

We will cause 84% Cold Damage to all enemies and the best thing is that we will have a 100% chance (we can fail if the enemy has RES to Effect) to apply a debuff that will reduce their Defense by 33% for 2 turns .

TECHNIQUE: INITIATOR

PELA’S BEST BUILD

BEST LIGHT CONES

- In Name of the World ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐: +24% damage to enemies that have a debuff and when using the Basic Ability increases the Effect Hit of said Ability and gains +24% ATK.
- Shimmering Determination ⭐⭐⭐⭐: 60% chance on hitting an enemy to reduce their DEF by 12% for 1 turn.
- Prey Vision ⭐⭐⭐⭐: +20% Effect Hit and +24% Damage Over Time.
- Good Night, Sleep Well ⭐⭐⭐⭐: +12% damage for each debuff of the enemy you hit. Stacks 3 times.

Pangalactic Trading Company
- 2 pieces: +10% Effect Hit and increases ATK by 25% of your Effect Hit (max +25% ATK).
Having a lot of Effect Hit is very key, but we can’t neglect the CRIT Chance either to take better advantage of the Glacial Forest Hunter Set. The ideal would be to get both stats fairly high .
BEST TEAMS
We will give some examples of equipment and recommended routes , but in the end what you should do is take into account the enemy’s weaknesses when building.
Composition Single Target
- 1 Hunt: Seele , Yanqing or Dan Heng.
