by Rosario Beads are a Blasphemous collectible , some objects that will provide us with certain passive advantages, some of them very interesting. These will allow us to shape our game mode a bit to orient ourselves more towards, ultimately, what we want.
There are lots of them and of all kinds, but keep in mind that to equip them we will have to get the Rosary Cord Knots (which are like the holes where they are placed); This is something that I will not elaborate on because we already have a guide for this. You have the link in this same paragraph in blue.
The case, as I said there are a few, so let’s go one by one. It is arranged more or less in order of game zones and leaving those that are from DLCs also in order at the end.
PAINTED WOOD BEAD
- Restores health by destroying objects in the environment.
We will find this in the Holy Line, more or less in the central area. We will need the Relic of Blood Perpetuated in Arena to get it.
PIGEON SKULL
- Slightly increases defense.
It is a priori the first Account of Rosario that we will get. It is obtained in the Albero, specifically by going up the ladder next to Tirso .
UVULA OF PROCLAMATION
- We will get a chance to get a few Tears of Amendment when destroying objects in the environment.
It is obtained in the Wasteland of the Buried Churches, the area to the right of the Albero. It is at the bottom, it has no loss.
MOSS PRESERVED IN CRYSTAL
- Slightly increases resistance to toxins.
It is bought from Candelaria in Tumba de la Misericordia, in my post about Candelaria you have the location of all its stores.
PROTECTION OF PERPETVA
- Increases lightning resistance.
After defeating Perpetva , we will find it in that burned tree. I seem to remember that you have to leave and enter the area again for it to appear (or you may have to go to a Sanctuary/Checkpoint and come back).
HOLLOW PEARL
- Generates Fervor by destroying objects in the environment.
This is also sold by Candelaria in Tomb of Mercy.
CALCIFIED EYE OF ERUDITION
- Shows the remaining health of all enemies.
From here we have several that appear in Camposanto de las Cumbres. In the photo I will mark where all the ones in the area appear, in each relic below you will have more details.
This first Rosario Account will be sold to us by Candelaria, marked with a C in the photo.
EMBER OF THE HOLY CREMATION
- Increases defenses.
Another Rosario Account very useful since it increases all our defenses. Candelaria will also sell it to us in Camposanto de las Cumbres.
TOMBSTONE FRAGMENT
- Cancels the time Grief is stunned when falling from very high.
It is also found in Camposanto de las Cumbres, specifically in the area that I have marked in the photo above with 1.
DUMB RATTLESNAKE
- Slightly increases magic resistance.
Another one from Camposanto de las Cumbres, is marked with number 2 on the map above.
GOLD THREAD BEAD
- You will heal faster with Bile Flasks.
Another one that we obtain in Camposanto de las Cumbres, is marked with the number 3.
FROZEN OLIVE
- It protects us when they are about to kill us. It will leave us at 1 health when they are going to kill us (not always).
This Rosario Account is one of the best in my opinion and to obtain it we will have to complete the Gemino and Engracia mission .
LIMESTONE RING
- Reduces dodge cooldown.
We will obtain this in the Redento mission . The following 2 are also obtained in his mission.
LIMESTONE PINKIE
- Increases the distance we travel when dodging.

LIMESTONE THUMB
- Adds an extra boost in the air.
Redemption Mission. I explain it better; If in the air we hold down while attacking the enemies, we will give like a boat that will allow us to follow them by hitting them in the air; because with this you will bounce more.
GOLDEN MASK PIECE
- Slightly increases fire resistance.
We must go to the Faz Denegrida Convent, specifically in the area marked with a 1 in the photo above. You will need the Silver Lung of Dolfos to resist the toxic air and be able to do it well.
CLOISTERED SAPPHIRE
- We electrify the air around us after performing an execution.
This is also obtained in the Covento de la Faz Negrida, right where it is marked with a 2 in the photo above.
PELICAN EFFIGY
- It protects us while we drink from the Bile Flask.
Another of the Accounts that I recommend the most to be able to heal/restore fervor calmly. The immunity it gives us can also be used to repel some bloody attack while we take the flask.
It is found in Jondo, specifically in the part that is more on the upper left side (attached to Serranía del Ocaso). From there you have to go down and you will need Three Knotty Tongues to get it, it is not difficult to see.
BALL OF HAIR
- Increases Penitent’s Strength.
Another awesome account. This is obtained by completing the mission of Altasgracias (Ascend the Moan), which is the one in which we will end up obtaining the Relic of Three Knotty Tongues. After obtaining the Relic we have to go back to where Altragracias was (which will be gone), but instead you will get this item.
CONSECRATED AMETHYST
- Greatly increases magic resistance.
You get it in Madre de Madres, in that huge room on the bottom right. Well, you must, in this room, go to the upper left and you will find it.
COAGULATED INK DROP
- Increases the power of Prayers or Prayers .
Rosario account ideal for Debla fans like me. It’s in the Library of Negated Words, just like the next one, so again I’ll put both in the picture. This is the 1.
AMBER EYE
- Greatly increases lightning resistance.
This is the second Account of Rosario found in the Library of Negated Words. Specifically marked in the photo above with the 2. You will need the Silver Lung of Dolfos and if you have Tento to your Thorny Hair, then hand of saint.
WHEEL OF THE YOUNG MASON
- Increases movement speed.
We will get it in the Diosdado mission .
WICKER KNOT
- Increases resistance to toxins.
This one is sold by Candelaria, but this time in the Sleeping Canvas shop. Remember that I have a Candelaria guide with the location of all its stores.
SPINED SYMBOL
- It protects us from contact damage.
Come on, they won’t be able to damage us simply by touching us, something that Blasphemous’s enemies have.
This one has no loss. It is located in the Courtyard of the Deaf Walkers, in the central part (going to the bottom you will find it), only we will need the Relic of Three Knotty Tongues to obtain it.
QUIRCE’S SCORCHED BEAD
- Greatly increases fire resistance.
We continue with Wall of the Holy Prohibitions. In this area we have a couple of Rosario Accounts and I have marked both of them on the map. This is number 1.
You’ll need to open a door there that opens when you go up and down the elevator a lot in the area. I know it sounds a little weird, but it opens like this.
SACRED SMOKE SPHERE
- Sometimes when making attacks we will fill a Bile Flask, very little happens.
The other Wall Account of the Holy Prohibitions. This is number 2 that you can see in the photo above. You will have to go from door to door and playing with the elevator to get to it. You will also need some of the keys to the area.
IMMACULATE ACCOUNT / WEIGHT OF TRUE GUILT
This account will change its name and is part of the things we have to do in order to unlock the “Good Ending” , beware, not the New Secret Ending of Wounds of Eventide .
This will be its evolution:
- Immaculate Account.
- Guilt Marked Account.
- Account Tainted by guilt.
- Weight of True Guilt.
EMBERS OF THE BROKEN STAR
- Increases the Fervor generated by our attacks.
It will be obtained by performing the “Good Ending”.
FLAKY COIN
- Increases the number of Tears of Amendment we get when attacking.
Another related to the Good Ending.
INVERTED SPIRAL SHELL
- Slightly increases resistance to all elements.
The last one we will get from the Good Ending.
FIRE COMPACTED IN ENAMEL
- Speeds up the use of Prayers.
Another of the Accounts recommended for Debla’s followers and it is one of the new ones from Stir of Dawn . It is found in Echoes of Salt. You will have to “bounce” on some lamps (by pressing down while hitting them in the air), ideally equip yourself with the Limestone Thumb.
TOKEN OF APPRECIATION
- Increases Penitent’s strength when he runs out of Bile Flasks.
This is obtained through donations or tithe of Blasphemous, available in the NG+ .
CLOISTERED RUBY
- We electrify the air around us by using a Bile Flask.
It is also obtained through donations or tithe.
RELIQUARY OF THE SORROWFUL HEART
- Turn Bile Flasks into Fervor Flasks.
It is the effect granted by the Penance of True Guilt, we will obtain it at the end of it.
LOCKET OF THE BLEEDING HEART
- He will be restoring the flasks.
This is obtained by completing the Bleeding Heart Penance.
RELIQUARY OF UNSHAKABLE FAITH
- It will slowly restore the Fervor bar.
Obtained by passing the Penance of Unwavering Faith.
BURNISHED ALABASTER SCALE
- Allows you to block attacks coming from the sword.
It is located in the new Echoes of Salt area of Wounds of Eventide , it has no loss.

BITTEN IRON CROWN
- Increases the Fervor generated by Penitent’s attacks.
Another one of the news from Wounds of Eventide. Do not pay attention to the box marked in the photo, that is something else. You must go to the Sanctuary at the top, go to the room on the left and jump into the void with the Relic of Gold Thread Canvas. You will fall in the area that is not discovered in the area, there it is.
WAX BALLS
- They increase the bar of health and fervor.
