The Amenoma Twin Sword is a four-star sword in Genshin Impact that can only be obtained through forging (and one of the best weapons we can create in this).
Unlike other forge weapons, we will need to complete the « Peasant Treasure » mission in order to obtain its manufacturing plan; said quest is activated on Jinren Island ; In order to complete this mission we will have to find the four ancient slabs scattered by Inazuma and once we finish it we will obtain the plan together with the achievement “An Underground Palace”.
I also want to remind you that in order to get this blueprint it will be necessary to first complete “A Strange Story in Konda” and finally that we will need 50 Amethyst Pieces, 50 White Iron Pieces and a Northern Sword Prototype to create our weapon.
ATTRIBUTES OF THE TWIN AMENOMA SWORD IN GENSHIN IMPACT
Let’s start by looking at its attributes:
- Base Attack Level 1: 41.
- Base Attack Level 90: 454.
From the outset we have a rickety Base Attack, it is the sword with the lowest Base Attack within the four-star swords, as is the case with the Cinnabar Spindle , the Sword of Sacrifice and the Sword of Favonius .
- Attack % Level 1: 12%.
- Attack % Level 90: 55.1%.
You already know that if a weapon has a low Base Attack it means that its secondary stat will have a very high percentage and therefore the Twin Amenoma Sword will give us a large amount of Attack %; in this stat it outperforms four-star swords like the Flute or the Lion’s Roar and even outperforms the Mountainbreaker even though the latter is a five-star weapon.
Its passive effect is as follows:
- When using an Elemental Skill, the character in possession of this sword will gain a Seed of Succession (effect that can be activated once every 5 seconds and lasts 30 seconds, 3 stacks maximum); when said character executes his Ultimate Ability, he will consume all the Seeds of the Succession that he has and will recover 6 points of Elemental Energy (12 points in R5) for each seed that he has consumed.
This Passive Ability will be great for recharging the Ultimate Abilities of characters whose ults are very expensive or do not generate enough Elemental Particles to be able to recharge their Ultimate Ability well.
I would also like to point out that it is only optimal in very high refinements (because if not, the energy that it returns to us when using the ulti will not cost us much) and that in characters with a long Elemental Ability cooldown time, as is the case with Xingchiu we will not take advantage of it because we will not be able to accumulate several seeds.
WHAT CHARACTER DO I PUT IT ON?
In this case, our character profile will be someone who has a hard time recharging their Ultimate Ability and we always need it, who has a high Base Attack to deal as much damage as possible and whose Elemental Ability waiting time is reduced.
This sword shines a lot on Jean , her Elemental Ability has a waiting time of only 6 seconds, the attack that this sword gives her will increase the efficiency of her heals and it also costs her a little to recharge her Ultimate Ability, so it is a excellent choice for her.
By having so little waiting time for his Elemental Ability, we can get the Seeds of Succession very quickly to have almost half of our ult charged again as soon as we use it and despite being a Healer, it does a pretty decent damage with this sword; this sword is almost as good as Heavenly Razor Blade for her (we only lose a little bit of damage).
The Twin Amenoma Sword is a great ally for Ayaka , especially in her first constellation that will allow us to reduce the time of her Elemental Ability to better match the Passive Ability of this weapon.
Ayaka has some serious Energy Recharge issues and we are forced to take her with a Cryo battery to help her always have her ult ready and in Ayaka this is crucial as the damage she does with her Ultimate is massive. .
Obviously in terms of damage it is not up to the great Reflection of Darkness , but this sword is a very valid option for her that will solve the issue of reloading and although it is not as powerful as the other sword, we’ll still be dealing pretty decent damage.
Other characters that also take advantage of this spear:
- Ayato : It is also a very good sword for him, especially since he is always using his Elemental Ability and thus gaining seeds that will help him recharge his expensive Ultimate Ability faster.
- Kaeya : The waiting time of her Elemental Ability is the same as Jean’s and she has an Ultimate Ability that we are very interested in having always filled; Kaeya still has trouble recharging his ult even though his Ultimate cost is lower than Jean and Ayaka’s, so this sword will be very useful for him.
