by « Let the World Cry » is a 4-star Cone of Light from Honkai Star Rail for characters of the Path of Erudite that is not bad as such, but the truth is that we do not recommend it too much except for some cases that we will mention more below in the “Which Character I Equip It” part.
Something similar happens to what happens with Argenti’s Cone of Light (Instant Etched in Fire) and that is that it mainly enhances the Damage of the Ultimate Skill and there are not too many characters of the Path who get as much use out of this since for They generally prefer general increases or Additional Attacks (which many specialize in after all).

However, as said, we can equip it to a character; although in general these will always have better options.
ATTRIBUTES OR STATISTICS OF “LET THE WORLD CRY”
Let’s start by looking at its basic attributes, keep in mind that we will give you the data that it has at level 80 (the maximum):
- HP : 846.
- ATK : 476.
- DEF : 396.
Next, we will see the benefits that the passive of this Cone of Light brings us:
- S1 : Restores 20 Energy Points when entering battle. +32% Ultimate Skill Damage.
- S5 : Restores 32 Energy Points when entering battle. +64% Ultimate Skill Damage.
The passive is not bad as such, but it has a couple of problems. The first is that the Energy that it provides us at the beginning of the battle, not that it doesn’t hurt, but it is true that it is still an effect that will only serve us at the beginning of a combat and that is a bit… “pan for today, hunger for tomorrow.
The second is that the damage increase (which is quite a beast, it must be said) only applies to the Ultimate Skill and therefore will only work for those characters whose main source of damage lies in this skill. In the Path of Erudite, the most common thing is for characters to specialize in the Damage of Additional Attacks or to divide their damage between several different sources ( Qing, who is a bit specialized, but it doesn’t suit her too much either), that’s what which makes this Cone of Light not so interesting.
WHAT CHARACTER DID I EQUIP IT TO?
What we have already been discussing, mainly to characters from the Path of Erudite who stand out above all for the damage of their Ultimate Skill.
“Let the World Cry” is a 4-star option to take into account for Argenti since practically all of this character’s damage comes from his Ultimate Skill (it causes exaggerated damage) and therefore this Cone of Light comes to him deluxe. Furthermore, given the exaggerated cost of Argenti’s enhanced Ultimate Skill (180 Points), that energy boost at the beginning of the battle will not hurt us at all .
Furthermore, in the absence of his 5-star Cone of Light, I would without a doubt equip him with this one because it is great for him and thus we also remove the cobwebs from this Cone, since almost no character uses it well and instead in his case it is an incredible option.
Himeko is another character who stands out for having a lot of damage through her Ultimate Skill and since she has the problem that she generally does not make many Additional Attacks, we can perfectly equip her with this Cone of Light.
Although it is true that if you were to equip it with a 4-star Cone of Light, I would rather opt for “Today is another Quiet Day” or “The Solemnity of Breakfast.” He has a lot of damage with his Ultimate, but not the hype that Argenti has.

+0.2% Damage for each point of the wearer’s Maximum Energy up to a maximum of 160 points.
The Solemnity of Breakfast
+12% Damage. Each time the wielder kills an enemy, their ATK will increase by 4% (maximum 3 stacks).
Regarding other possible characters, the truth is that I would recommend that you not equip it to anyone else because these are the only ones that really get real benefit from it and I consider that equipping it to another character that is not on this list It would be a waste of this Cone of Light (and a bit of the character himself) and it’s not like we don’t have other interesting options.
