« Let’s Dance! » is one of the most valuable four-star Cones of Light that we will find within the Way of Harmony in Honkai Star Rail , since it will allow us to shorten the interval of time that elapses between the actions of our characters.
In this case, what this Cone of Light does is advance the next action of all our characters by a certain percentage depending on the level of Overlay in which “Let’s Dance!” In other words, said percentage that we advance is subtracted from the Action Value that each character had at the moment in which the effects of the passive of this cone were activated and as a final result, the actions of our characters are advanced because said value is becomes smaller and the order of action is altered.
It is important to know a bit about the Base Action Value, since this determines when each character will act during a battle and is calculated based on the SPD a character has (10,000 divided by the character’s SPD ). In this way, we will be able to better understand how the bonus provided by this Cone works and to what extent it rents us.
It is a bit innovative for the characters of the Way of Harmony, since the vast majority of Cones of Light are more oriented to increase more offensive stats to increase the damage of our characters, but in some characters, we will be more interested in that it can reduce the time interval between our allies’ turns.
ATTRIBUTES OR STATISTICS OF “¡A BAILAR!”
Let’s start looking at its basic attributes, keep in mind that we will give you the data it has at level 80 (the maximum):
- HP : 952
- ATK : 423
- DEF : 396
Now we go with the passive that is what really interests us:
- S1 : Advances the action of all allies by 16% when using the Ultimate Ability.
- S5 : Advances the action of all allies by 24% when using the Ultimate Ability.
Every time the bearer of “¡A Bailar!” execute your Ultimate Ability, it will advance the next action of all our characters by 16%. In most cases, this bonus will allow us to advance the actions of our allies over the actions of the enemies.
For example, let’s say our Dan Heng has an Action Value of 56 points in a battle and his Base Action Value is 90 points. In order to calculate how much we would reduce this Action Value we have to subtract 16% from the current Action Value (in case this Cone of Light is in its S1) from its 90 Base Action Value points.
If we had this Cone of Light on his S1, the Action Value of 56 he currently has would become 42; but if we are lucky enough to have it on his S5, the effect would be greater and would be reduced to 35 Action Value points.
WHICH CHARACTER TO EQUIP IT TO?
Since the only requirement to activate the Cone of Light’s passive effect is to cast its wearer’s Ultimate, we can really equip it on any character in the Way of Harmony. But it is true that those who use their Basic Ability frequently or who have some mechanic that increases the SPD of their teammates or advances their actions will be able to get more out of this cone than other characters:
Each time Asta uses his Ultimate, he increases the party’s SPD considerably for the next two actions of the party. By raising the SPD of our allies we will be lowering their Base Action Value at the same time and, therefore, we will advance the action even more by combining this with the “Let’s Dance!” passive.
When playing with Asta, it is quite necessary to execute his Basic Ability many times so that he maintains the ATK% bonus that he gives to the group and achieves the maximum stacks, so we will not have any problem when recharging the Ultimate Ability of Asta. this character and advance the actions of our characters thanks to the passive of this Cone of Light.
Bronya ‘s Basic Ability allows you to advance the action of a single ally so that they can act immediately, so it can be quite interesting to equip her with this Cone of Light so that when using her Ultimate Ability she can also slightly advance the action of all the allies including Bronya herself.
In addition, when playing with Bronya we will be using the Basic Ability whenever possible, so we will generate a lot of energy with it and we will recharge her Ultimate Ability quickly, this will allow us to advance the actions of our characters with this Cone of Light frequently .
Anyway, mention that in the case of Bronya we have the 4-star Cone of Light called ” The Past and the Future “, which the truth is that it is designed 100% for her and is probably her best option of 4 stars.
These are other characters that can take advantage of the bonuses of this Cone of Light:
- Tingyun : He is a character whorarely spams his Basic Ability, since its effects last 3 turns and he does not need to use it again until they dissipate and therefore it can take longer than necessary to charge his Ultimate Ability ; but if we carry it with an Energy Recovery rope, it should be enough so that he doesn’t take too long to recharge his Ultimate and can anticipate the actions of the allies by throwing it while he is wearing this cone.
- Yukong : Although he can carry this Cone of Light without problems to anticipate the actions of allies, the reality is that he is one of the characters that takes the longest to recharge his Ultimate Ability, so it would be a better option to equip him with another weapon that he can take better advantage of. as “The Past and the Future”.
