IS HAKUSHIN'S RING WORTH IT IN GENSHIN IMPACT?

IS HAKUSHIN’S RING WORTH IT IN GENSHIN IMPACT?

The Hakushin Ring is a 4-star catalyst from the Inazuma Forge in Genshin Impact . It is a pretty good weapon for some Supports , since its passive will allow us to create Elemental Bonuses with which we can support the bearer himself and other characters.

The problem with this weapon is that we will always have to go with an Electro Element character on the team, because the Elemental Bonuses it generates depend on generating some Elemental Reaction in conjunction with this Element.

Therefore, it is best to equip it on a character that belongs to said Element or that always goes in conjunction with an Electro character. However, there are other characters who could also take advantage of this weapon, but they would have to limit themselves in terms of the composition of their teams if we want to give them this catalyst.

ATTRIBUTES OF HAKUSHIN’S RING IN GENSHIN IMPACT

Let’s start with his statistics:

  • Base Attack Level 1 : 44.
  • Base Attack Level 90 : 565.

As far as Base Attack is concerned, it has a fairly high amount; since it is one of the four-star catalysts with the highest Base Attack in the game, along with Wine and Poetry, the Nautical Chart , the Eye of the Oath and the Royal Grimoire.

Its secondary attribute would be the following:

  • Energy Recharge Level 1 : 6.67%.
  • Level 90 Energy Recharge : 30.63%.

As a secondary statistic, it will offer us a 30.63% Energy Recharge when we raise it to level 90. Which will not hurt us at all to be able to recharge its bearer’s Ulti more effectively.

His Passive Skill confers the following effect:

  • R1 : When the wearer generates an Elemental Reaction with Electro, the characters that belong to the elements involved in this reaction will gain a +10% Elemental Damage Bonus for 6 seconds.
  • R5 : When the wearer generates an Elemental Reaction with Electro, the characters that are of the elements involved in this reaction will gain a +20% Elemental Damage Bonus for 6 seconds.

To activate the passive of this catalyst, the bearer will have to execute an Elemental Reaction in which the Electro Element is involved (Electrocharged, Overload, Superconducting, Acceleration, Overbloom, Electro Whirlwind or Electro Crystallization).

Therefore, the best option will be to equip this weapon to a character of the Electro Element itself, since this way we will ensure that we always activate this passive when reacting with any Element in the game. Failing that, we can equip it to a character who always goes with one or more characters of this Element, such as Dendro characters, who are almost always played alongside Electro characters.

In this way, we will get two Elemental Damage Bonuses when activating an Electro Elemental Reaction with the bearer of this catalyst: one that will always be a +10% Electro Damage Bonus and another that will be a +10% Elemental Damage Bonus of the another Element that has been involved in said Elemental Reaction.

Another problem that arises is that this Elemental Damage Bonus only lasts 6 seconds, so it would be quite convenient to equip it on someone who has an Ultimate or Elemental Skill that lasts a long time, in order to be able to activate the effect again as soon as it ends. its duration.

WHICH CHARACTER SHOULD I PUT IT TO?

In this case, we will mainly look for characters with the Support role who belong to the Electro Element or who always go on teams with characters from said Element:

Lisa in Genshin Impact

Lisa ‘s Ultimate Skill takes a lot of work to always keep recharged, so the Energy Recharge that this catalyst gives her won’t hurt at all, since we will need to have a lot of it in this character’s build for it to work properly.

Mainly, we will use Lisa to lower the enemies’ defenses with her Ultimate Skill, which lasts 15 seconds and is perfect for keeping active the Elemental Damage Bonus that we can create thanks to the passive of this catalyst. In this way, we can make Lisa work as a buffer and debuffer at the same time.

Baizhu in Genshin Impact

Normally, we will almost always take Baizhu on a team in which we have an Electro character to generate Elemental Intensification or Overbloom Reactions, so we will not have any problem activating the passive of this catalyst.

In this way, we can make it so that in addition to healing, this character can also generate Elemental Damage Bonuses to increase the damage of his teammates. In addition, the Energy Recharge that the Hakushin Ring provides will also come in handy so that you can recharge your Ultimate Skill more easily.

Yae Miko in Genshin Impact

Each of the kitsune cherry trees created by Yae Miko ‘s Elemental Skill have a fairly long duration of 14 seconds, which we can constantly replenish to generate Elemental Reactions passively and constantly to keep active the Elemental Bonus created with the passive of the Hakushin ring.

The problem with this catalyst is that we will lose some damage on our Yae Miko compared to if we equip her with other four-star catalysts such as the Marauders’ Symphony . Still, bringing this catalyst will give us some support for the team, beyond his personal damage.

Other characters who take advantage of it:

  • Sucrose : She is a character who needs a lot of Energy Recharge and in her C6 she also generates Elemental Damage Bonuses with her Ultimate Skill, so her role as an enhancer can improve much more with this catalyst. The problem is that with this weapon we will always have to accompany it with an Electro character.
  • Mona : It would be quite interesting for this character, since Energy Recharge increases his Hydro Damage Bonus and would allow us to increase the damage of another character. But Mona is not the best character to apply Hydro continuously and we would depend on having her on a Electrocharged team so that she could activate the passive of this catalyst.
  • Nahida : Given the long duration that her Elemental Skill has on enemies, she is a character with whom it will be extremely easy to maintain the Elemental Damage Bonus obtained through the passive of this catalyst almost constantly. The problem is that other weapons like the Nautical Chart or the Wandering Star are much better for him.
