HOW TO MAKE AND TINT CRYSTAL IN MINECRAFT

The Crystal is a very useful and important resource in Minecraft since it protects us from the outside and in turn allows light to pass through it and therefore, as in real life, it is ideal for creating advantages, sunroofs and that kind of things.

However, the Crystal does not appear in nature as such, but must be created through a process that we will explain in this post; All told, the truth is that it is very simple, but at Korosenai we want to delve into both the simple and the complex issues in Minecraft.

We will also talk about how you can tint the crystals to give them a touch, a function that is really quite cool. Let’s go there!

HOW TO CREATE THE CRYSTAL IN MINECRAFT

First of all we will need a couple of things. First of all we have the Furnace , whose crafting is super simple and that will be where we create the Crystal. I leave you the crafting of the Furnace below (rock is used, the most abundant in the game):

The second thing we will need is of course the fuel to light the oven. You can use all kinds of wood, but the best thing is that you use Coal, which you can easily find by mining in high areas. If you can’t find it, you can create Charcoal , I’ll link you to the post I made on the subject.

Once we have our Furnace with fuel so that it can melt things, we need the material that we have to melt, which specifically to create Crystal is the Sand (the clear Sand beach sand style). In case you don’t know where you can find sand, you have a lot in the beach areas (look along the coast) and of course you also have kicks in the Desert.

You add the Sand in the Furnace with fuel and ready, after a while you will have Crystal.

Crystal Cracking in Minecraft

With you will be creating what would be a ” Crystal Block “, that is, the crystal will occupy an entire block. I say this because we have a very interesting variant that I show you below.

GLASS PANEL

And before going into the subject of glass tinting, we have to mention the Glass Panels since at least for the creation of windows and that kind of thing, the truth is that it is more interesting than the «Glass Block» since it is of a crystal as we perceive it in real life, a «thick sheet».

To do this you will need 6 Crystal and you must put them on the Crafting Table like this:

In addition, with this, the Crystal spreads more since from 6 Crystal we obtain 16 Crystal Panels .

HOW TO TINT CRYSTALS IN MINECRAFT

Finally, you know that it is also possible to tint the Crystal in Minecraft so that it acquires certain colors, depending on the tint you use (the truth is that some are very handsome).

The recipe for the Light Blue Tinted Crystal case is this:

For all other tints it would be exactly the same, just swapping one tint for another. Also, having already the Tinted Glass, we could also create Glass Panels and they would become Tinted Glass Honeycombs of the color of the dye.

I don’t want to go too much into the subject of dyes and what materials you need because I think that would be more ideal for a complete post on the subject that I will surely bring later. In any case, I will leave you the list of the different Tinted Crystals that exist and what dye they need to create them:

  • White Tinted Glass: White Tint.
  • Orange Tinted Glass: Orange Tint.
  • Magenta Tinted Glass: Magenta Tint.
  • Light Blue Tinted Glass: Light Blue Tint.
  • Yellow Tinted Crystal: Yellow Tinde.
  • Lime Green Tinted Glass: Lime Green Tint.
  • Pink Tinted Glass: Pink Tint.
  • Gray Tinted Glass: Gray Tint.
  • Light Gray Tinted Glass: Light Gray Tint.
  • Cyan Tinted Glass: Cyan Tint.
  • Purple Tinted Crystal: Purple Tinde.
  • Blue Tinted Glass: Blue Tint.
  • Brown Tinted Glass: Brown Tint.
  • Green Tinted Glass: Green Tint.
  • Red Tinted Glass: Red Tint.
  • Black Tinted Glass: Black Tint.

As you can see, it does not have much complication since the name of the dye coincides with that of the tinted glass itself. If it is not clear to you exactly what crystal each one is, you have them in the main photo (at the top) of the post, I have ordered them from left to right starting with the top column and then you continue going down from left to right, you know .
