The character is not bad at all since he has quite powerful abilities and can provide good utility to his team, although yes, he is the typical Support DPS (ideally, you can do whatever you want, obviously) that we want him to enter the field, Throw out your stories and change it quickly.
Regarding its usefulness, which is the most relevant thing about this character, it stands out above all for having attacks that will allow us to attract and gather enemies (something that is always very valuable in this type of games to then annihilate the enemies with attacks in area) and can also provide some Resonance Energy to a teammate, which isn’t bad either.
YANGYANG SKILLS
BASIC ATK: FEATHER AS LEAF
- Basic ATK : Combo of 4 consecutive melee attacks.
- Charged ATK : A forward charging attack. Consumes stamina.
- Charged ATK – Song of the Zephyr : You can use a Basic ATK after the Charged ATK to perform another combo hit. You can also use it after Evasive Counterattack.
- Air ATK : If you press the attack button in the air, you will perform a descending attack that will hit enemies in a small area around the impact. Consumes stamina.
- Evasive Counterattack : You must perform a Basic ATK after a perfect dodge to attack with a powerful counterattack.

RESONANCE RELEASE: WIND SPIRALS
We will launch a Whirlwind that will hit the enemies and attract them to its central vortex . The bad thing is that it does not last too long, but the attack will end with a more powerful blow. It’s light years away from Venti ‘s Ultimate from Genshin Impact , but it’s not bad either.
INTRO SKILL: CERULEAN SONG
Yangyang will enter the battlefield performing an attack and launching the target into the air, although of course it does not affect large enemies .
FINAL SKILL: WHISPERING BREEZE

HOW TO PLAY YANGYANG
As I mentioned in the intro, the idea would be to enter the field, cast his skills quickly and rotate the character we want to give energy to (remember that Yangyang’s Final Skill will provide energy to the character we rotate to).
Basically you have to use his Resonance Skill, then use his powerful Forte Circuit attack (if you don’t have the 3 Melodies, start doing the Charged ATK + Basic ATK combo to collect them quickly) and of course if you have the Release of Resonance, you use it too. After this you change her for another character since she will have already fulfilled her role.
Keep in mind that Yangyang fits very well with characters who deal good area damage since bringing enemies together will help this type of character deal much more damage. Characters like Yinlin or Jianxin would be good examples of this.
