by Xueyi is the first Quantum element character belonging to the Path of Destruction of Honkai Star Rail and is a 4-star character. As a Destruction character, she is oriented towards DPS , but it must be said that her kit is quite interesting and atypical.
This is because she is a character very oriented towards the Break Effect, Breaking Weaknesses, reducing enemies’ Steadfastness; You know, all that stuff, in that sense she’s similar to Ruan Mei, just Xueyi oriented towards DPS instead of support (although Ruan Mei is more of a hybrid of Support and DPS ).

He is not a character that stands out at all on a statistical level, his statistics in all parameters are somewhat low . Her SPD and her HP are decent, but that’s it, decent and that’s it… the others are somewhat low and there is no one in which she stands out a little compared to other 4-star characters (let’s not even talk about the 5-star ones).

Deals 150% Quantum Damage to the target and will always lower their toughness bar regardless of whether the enemy is weak to Quantum or not.
If we break the weakness with this attack, the damage of this same attack will increase by up to 36%; The increase in damage will depend on how much we have lowered the enemy’s firmness bar (so it will benefit from increasing Weakness Break Efficiency, a statistic that increases the amount of enemies’ weakness bar that we consume when hitting them, Ruan Mei is a character that improves this aspect).
TALENT: KARMIC PERPETUATION
When Xueyi or one of her allies reduces enemies’ steadiness bar, she gains a stack of Karma up to a maximum of 8 stacks.
Upon reaching 8 stacks, Xueyi consumes the stacks and performs an Additional Attack in which we will hit 3 random enemies causing 45% Quantum Damage (to each). This attack does not accumulate Karma charges.
TECHNIQUE: SUMMARY EXECUTION
We will attack the enemy and enter combat causing 80% Quantum Damage to all enemies. The good thing is that if they are weak to quantum we will get Karma.
TRACE SKILLS
