We are going to talk about the new regional forms of Tauros (plural forms!), the new Paradox forms (at least in English they are called Paradox) and some of the Pokémon that will receive new evolutions. Let’s go there.
NEW REGIONAL FORMS
According to the leakers we will only get two Pokémon with regional forms in Pokémon Scarlet and Purple. Tauros and Wooper. Here we leave you all the information that has been released, as well as two concepts created by fans based on the leaks
TAURUS
Our bull Pokémon will be present in Scarlet and Purple, but it will also have a special treatment in the ninth generation with three new regional forms depending on where we find it. These new Tauros are very interesting, and we are going to bring you their competitive strategies as soon as the game is in our hands.
Each of these forms will have a different type, one of them being a single type and the other two having two types each. Some fans have already created some sketches of what Tauros could look like in the new games. As @uknowtadi with his Dark /Fire Tauros :

PARADOX FORMS
In Pokémon Scarlet and Purple, the relationship between past and future will be a fundamental pillar of the story and its protagonists. We have already seen how the teachers in both games, Albora and Turo respectively, wear clothing that clearly denotes their interest or field of work, with Professor Albora wearing tribal clothing and Professor Turo wearing a futuristic suit. And in the legendaries of each edition, Koraidon and Miraidon, where the former is almost a prehistoric lizard, while the Purple Pokémon has technology in its body.
But not only will this past/future relationship be present in the professors and legendaries, the Pokémon we know from previous editions will also get new forms, the Paradox forms!
And these are not alternative forms of the same Pokémon, but different evolutionary lines that result in new Pokémon, with their own Pokédex number, their own types and very high statistics. We already know some of the Pokémon that will have paradox forms, past and future. NEW EVOLUTIONS
Some Pokémon from previous generations will receive new evolutions in Pokémon Scarlet and Purple. Let’s see which ones have been leaked and some concepts that show us how they can be seen. The Pokémon that according to the leakers will receive new evolutions are:
- wow
- Murkrow
- dunsparce
- Girafarig : Of which we have additional information. His evolution will be a pure Psychic type, and Deviantart.com artist Fakemon1290 has created a sketch based on leaks that he looks like this.
- Bisharp : Apparently it will be an alternative evolution of Pataniard that will be inspired by the Chess Tower. Remember that Bisharp is inspired by the Bishop.
- Primeape : Which is said to be Fight/Ghost. Not only is the confirmation missing, but also to see its ability and statistics, but of all the filtered evolutions, this is the one that most attracts our attention in the face of the Competitive Pokémon. The same leaker Mr.KK has shared a very conceptual sketch of what this evolution looks like.
