JUGGERNAUT GUIDE IN STELLAR BLADE

JUGGERNAUT GUIDE IN STELLAR BLADE

Do you remember those annoying “octopuses” that are dedicated to controlling the bodies of the corpses that you have been finding in the Matrix 11 area of Stellar Blade ? Well… this time one of them is controlling a much more powerful bug called Juggernaut .

This boss is a powerful enemy who has a huge two-handed mace with which of course he will try to break some bones, you already know that the Naytibos are not exactly known for their friendliness.

But anyway, if this boss is giving you problems, you will see how this guide will help you. Let’s go there!

JUGGERNAUT ATTACK GUIDE

This boss has two clearly defined phases.

PHASE 1

The boss will start with these attacks:

  • Mace Drag : He will drag his mace along the ground as he approaches you to end up performing a powerful blow to which you must parry .
  • Quita Bicho : He does this sometimes when you’re in front of him, usually when you’re hitting him. It’s a quick hit (almost impossible to predict/block) that will take you a little further away from him and cut off your combo.
  • Spinning Strike : Will perform two neutral spinning strikes (which can be blocked) and then a yellow spinning strike to throw him off. Since he will surely catch you in melee, you will have to use a perfect dodge.
  • Spinning Strike (Yellow) : A spinning strike that you must dodge (you can also move away from it) and then be careful because it will perform another second spinning attack.
  • Distance Impact (Yellow) : It will strongly hit the ground in front of you to create a kind of wave of impact that will move forward and that of course you will have to dodge (or the typical thing that you start running), broadly speaking it is an attack from distance. Be careful because he usually performs the attack 3 times in a row, so don’t stop dodging until the entire streak ends.
  • Punch + Purple Punch (Purple) : First he will do a normal punch to trick you and then he will quickly do a Purple attack, so you know, you dodge back at the exact moment and shoot his orange weak point.
  • Power Grab (Blue) : Typical, use Blink (dodge forward when the blue glow appears on Eve). If it hooks you, it will slam you into the ground 3 times and your health will drop quite a bit. This is the best time to hit him with a full long combo.

Phase 2 begins when the typical mini-cinematic of the boss is activated in which, as always, you will have to quickly get away from him.

PHASE 2: FIRE MACE

Juggernaut will imbue his weapon with fire, so he will now deal more damage with his attacks. His kit is the same except for the additions/changes that I mention now:

  • Double Strike : A very basic two-hit combo, be careful because sometimes it sneaks a yellow attack into the second attack.
  • Powerful Combo (Red) : The boss’s body will take on a reddish tone for a moment and after this he will perform a combo of 5 physical hits. Spam the block button until the combo ends to try to make as many parrys as possible. He doesn’t hit as fast as Stalker did , so don’t worry too much.
  • Jump Attack (Yellow) : New attack in which he will make a tremendous jump and try to fall on you giving a powerful blow with his mace. You can perform a perfect dodge or move away quickly. If you choose to move away, I recommend that you jump before it falls to the ground since the blow will deal damage in the ground area.

TIPS FOR BATTLE

It is better that you do not perform long combos when you attack him since it is very common for him to use his “Quita Bicho” attack and hurt us while at the same time cutting off the combo, so your best bet is to hit him two or three times and stand up Instead you should try to cause damage to him using your Betta Skills and of course don’t forget that you now have the powerful Burst Skills (without leaving aside the perfect parrys to stun him and cause a lot of damage, of course).

You can hit a long combo at will right after correctly performing a “Blink” (the blue glow), that will give you time.
