by ” We Will Meet Again ” is the Light Cone of Nihility that we can obtain through the Honkai Star Rail Battle Pass and the truth is that I have a lot to say about this Cone, but unfortunately not in a good way.
And in my opinion it is without a doubt the worst Cone of Light in the Battle Pass of this game. If you already know its effects it is highly likely that you will agree with me; If, on the other hand, you still don’t know this Cone very well, without a doubt as soon as you read this post you will understand.
In fact, I think it will be the first time that the section of recommended characters to whom to equip this Cone of Light directly recommends that you forget about it. The truth is that it is not understood why they have made a Cone like this for the Nihility path, especially considering that it is also a Cone of Light from the Battle Pass and therefore, it costs money to obtain it.
ATTRIBUTES OR STATISTICS OF “WE WILL MEET AGAIN”
Let’s start by looking at its basic attributes, keep in mind that we will give you the data that it has at level 80 (the maximum):
- HP : 847.
- ATK : 529.
- DEF : 331.
Next, we will see the benefits that the passive of this Cone of Light brings us:
- S1 : Deals additional Damage equal to 48% of ATK to a random enemy of those attacked after using the Basic Attack or Basic Skill.
- S5 : Deals additional Damage equal to 96% of ATK to a random enemy of those attacked after using the Basic Attack or Basic Skill.
Let’s see how I start… there is no way to save this Cone . It’s simply what it says in the passive, it doesn’t have much mystery, we will do additional damage after using the Basic Attack or the Basic Skill; It is a rather dull effect that could be interesting for characters from other paths more specialized in pure and simple damage (not even that), but the fact that it is a Cone of Nihility is nonsense.
As you well know, we could say that we have 2 different types of Nihility characters:
- Debuffers : Specialized above all in applying negative states to enemies to reduce their statistics such as Defense, Attack, Speed… These types of characters are ultimately Supports , only instead of empowering their companions, what they do is harm the enemies (which in the end also translates into an advantage for the team). These types of characters are usually interested in statistics such as Effect Hit and Speed and of course everything that allows them to harm enemies even more (such as the effect provided by the “Shining Determination” Light Cone, which allows us to apply aDefense reduction Debuff ).
- DoTers : Specialized in the application of DoTs (damage over time effects). These are DPS characters who instead of basing their damage on “lifetime damage” base it on Damage Over Time. These types of characters generally need, above all, Effect Hit, Speed, Attack, Effect Break (when breaking a weakness we apply DoTs ) and of course, it never hurts that we can apply some extra Debuff .
As you can see, what “We Will Meet Again” provides is not useful for any of the two types of Nihility characters that we have at least today in the game and the truth is that I highly doubt that any will appear later. character of this Path who can take advantage of this Cone of Light, which does not mean that it would be quite good if that happened. I say this because even if they release a character from this Path that is more focused on DPS than what a Nihility character should focus on… even with those, we would have much better options than what this Cone offers us… a shame.
WHAT CHARACTER DID I EQUIP IT TO?
I think this is the first time this has happened because there are quite mediocre cones that can be worth a bit in some specific characters, but there is nowhere to take this one. It even tastes bad to me, but I don’t recommend that you equip this Cone of Light to anyone .
My recommendation is that if you decide to purchase the game’s Battle Pass, never pick up this Cone of Light because it is not worth it. It doesn’t matter which Cone you choose from the others because they are all much better than this one, but for that matter, my recommendation is that you stick with one of these 3, which are the ones that I consider to be most worth it:
