IS "WARM NIGHTS DON'T LAST" WORTH IT ON STAR RAIL?

IS “WARM NIGHTS DON’T LAST” WORTH IT ON STAR RAIL?

” Warm Nights Don’t Last ” is another of the Cones of Light that we can acquire as a reward upon reaching level 30 in Anonymous Honor or the Battle Pass (if we have acquired it). This cone belongs to the Way of Plenty on the Honkai Star Rail .

It has a very interesting passive effect, since this Cone of Light will allow us to provide additional heals while performing simple Basic Attacks. This is very interesting because even if it is a light healing, it is applied to the whole party and can save us from spending some Basic Ability points with the healer .

Therefore it is a very attractive Cone of Light to choose as an Honor Anonymous reward, but we have other spectacular cones that we can choose as a reward such as « Sculpt the Moon and Weave the Clouds » or « Today Is Another Quiet Day » that will be a hard competition, so it will be a difficult choice.

WARM NIGHTS DON’T LAST ATTRIBUTES OR STATS

Let’s start looking at its basic attributes, keep in mind that we will give you the data it has at level 80 (the maximum):

  • HP : 1058.
  • ATK : 370.
  • DEF : 396.

Next, we will see the benefits that the passive of this Cone of Light brings us:

  • S1 : +16% of Max HP When the wearer of this Cone of Light uses their Basic Attack or Basic Ability, party members will recover health in proportion to 2% of the wearer’s Max HP.
  • S5 : +32% of Max HP When the wielder of this Cone of Light uses their Basic Attack or Basic Ability, party members will recover health in proportion to 4% of the wielder’s Max HP.

First of all, it increases the maximum HP of its bearer, something that will generally come in handy for many characters of the Way of Abundance , since the healing usually scales based on this attribute (and also, this Cone of Light has a good number of Base VPs at their maximum level).

On the other hand, it gives us an additional heal for the entire group every time the character that has this Cone of Light equipped executes a Basic Attack or a Basic Ability; which, in addition to saving us the occasional Basic Ability point throughout the fight, will also be useful for those characters who only heal a single ally with their Basic Ability.

WHICH CHARACTER TO EQUIP IT TO?

Any character that belongs to the Way of Harmony will benefit from the extra heals, but those whose heals scale based on their HPs will benefit the most:

Bailu on Honkai Star Rail

Bailu is a character that generates random heals with his Basic Ability, heals for the whole group with his Ultimate Ability, provides an effect called Vigor that restores part of the HPs when they hit us and can resurrect a fallen character during battle.

All of these healing powers that Bailu has in her skill set are derived from the maximum amount of HP she has, therefore the 16% additional HP provided by this cone’s passive will improve the efficiency of all of these previously mentioned heals.

He is already a character that heals a lot, but if we also add 2% healing for the whole group every time Bailu performs a Basic Attack or executes his Basic Ability, we will have so many healings that we can easily save ourselves from many critical situations.

Natasha at Honkai Star Rail

Natasha also increases the potential of the heals of her Basic Ability and her Ultimate Ability based on the Maximum HP that she has, so she will also find interesting the +16% to the Maximum HP that the passive of “The Nights” contributes Warm Don’t Last.”

When it comes to healing, she is not as good as Bailu, so it will be very beneficial for her to have the opportunity to heal the entire party every time she performs a Basic Attack or a Basic Ability (in this way, when using her Basic Ability she already won’t heal just one character).

Other characters that can take advantage of this Cone of Light:

  • Luocha : In his case, it’s not that good because his heals scale with his ATK% instead of his Max HP, but the extra heals will still come in handy, since his Basic Skill heals are single target .
