Apart from standing out for having a high amount of Base HP and for granting even more HP with its passive, this Cone of Light stands out for providing a fairly high damage buff when certain conditions are activated. The good thing about these conditions is that they are quite affordable and we can make any character on this path meet them in order to use it.
