Certainly it is a very good passive (in S5 the values are doubled, so cloth) since it is also the typical passive that is useful for all the characters since in the end any character appreciates the fact of boosting their damage and the requirement for this is that the enemy has a debuff , so it’s an extremely easy condition for characters in this lane to meet.
The thing is that his thing would be to equip it to a character that has good damage, something that is not so common in the characters of the route except for a few cases that we will mention below in the section on “which character to equip it for” .
