« Good Night, Sleep Well » is a 4-star Cone of Light from Honkai Star Rail for characters from the Path of Nihility that the truth is that it seems to me a very good cone since it is very versatile and many characters of the route they can use it very well.
This is because his passive (which we’ll take a closer look at anyway) increases the damage we deal to debuffed enemies , and the more debuffs (with a cap, of course) the greater this damage increase will be. Suffice it to say that this is something very key in the characters of this route, that in the end their specialty is to apply debuffs to enemies.
It is quite similar to ” In the Name of the World “. For me it is the 4-star version of this cone because it provides more or less the same, although of course, being 4-star, it is somewhat less effective… which does not mean that it is still a tremendous cone in my opinion. Let’s go with the analysis and after this with the characters recommended for use!
ATTRIBUTES OR STATISTICS OF “GOOD NIGHT, SLEEP WELL”
Let’s start looking at its basic attributes , keep in mind that we will give you the data it has at level 80 (the maximum):
- HP : 952
- ATK : 476
- DEF : 330
Now we go with the passive, which is what really interests us:
- S1: +12% damage for each debuff of the enemy you hit (also applies to DoTs damage ). Stacks 3 times.
- S5: +24% damage for each debuff on the enemy you hit (also applies to DoTs damage ). Stacks 3 times.
The truth is that the passive is VERY good since it is a quite noticeable damage increase for the characters of the Path of Nihility.
This increase in damage will depend on the amount of debuffs that the enemy you hit has, but since it is for characters of a path that specializes precisely in applying debuffs … well, it will be quite easy to have the 3 charges to obtain the maximum possible damage offered by the Cone of Light.
Also keep in mind that there are many characters who, even without being from the Path of Nihility, apply debuffs to enemies, so it will be even easier to get the 3 charges. Hook or Serval would be good examples of this with their application of DoTs (DoTs, damage over time, are debuffs after all) and remember that by causing a Weakness Break to an enemy, we are applying a DoT to them as well.
WHICH CHARACTER TO EQUIP IT TO?
It is very versatile, you can equip it to practically all the characters of the Way of Nihility since it will significantly increase their damage caused. But, of course, the characters that already have good damage will be the ones that take advantage of it the most.
Welt is a character that stands out for slowing down enemies a lot, but in addition to this, he is also known for having very good damage with his attacks (plus many of them hit in an area). For this reason it is undoubtedly one of the best options for this Cone of Light. In the absence of “In the Name of the World”, this is the cone that I would equip.
Silver Wolf is another Path of Nihility character that has very good damage, only in this case it’s more Single Target oriented damage . In addition, it will be extremely easy for her to comply with the condition that the enemy has at least 3 debuffs to take full advantage of the damage from the passive since this character applies a lot of debuffs .
Kafka will be a character who also makes good use of the “Good Night, Sleep Well” Cone of Light since it also has high damage and also, as we have emphasized when we analyzed the effects of this cone, the increased damage also applies to the DoTs and Kafka is a character that much of his damage comes from the application of DoTs.
Other characters that can take advantage of it (although a little less):
- Sampo : Sampo bases a lot of his damage on DoTs, so this Cone of Light will come in handy. Although the truth is that for him I would throw more at other more specific Cones of Light for characters like him, such as « Visión de Prey » or «Calderón». In addition, the damage from him is not as high as that of the characters already mentioned.
