In addition, we have very powerful alternatives in terms of increasing damage with much lower requirements, such as “Good Night, Sleep Well” (which does not mean that it is not bad to have alternatives).

Black Swan is a character that needs a lot of Effect Hit since this, in addition to allowing him to apply his DoTs and debuffs more safely , will also increase his damage (it is one of the advantages that this character has). Additionally, she will easily get the maximum damage boost that “Curtain Up” provides.
Of course, you will have to make sure you have a very high Effect Hit since, as we have already mentioned above, this Cone of Light does not increase this statistic and these types of characters usually equip Cones of Light that help them increase it. This also applies to the following characters that we will mention.
Sampo is another character who applies a lot of debuffs (lots ofAoE DoTs and a debuff that increases the Damage Over Time enemies take when using his Ultimate), so he’ll easily get the biggest Damage bonus. In addition, your goal is to take him with 100% Effect Hit, so he will also get the Attack increase.
The problem you have is the one we have already mentioned several times, it will be difficult to reach that amount of Effect Hit without using a Cone of Light that provides this statistic.
One of the greatest virtues of Silver Wolf is the application of many debuffs , so you will easily get the maximum damage increase. But as I said, this is another character that requires 100% Effect Success, so it will be difficult to equip him with this Cone of Light.
Regarding other characters, I wouldn’t recommend it too much since it would be a waste to reach 80% Effect Hit on characters that don’t require this stat as much.
