by « Question of Truth » is a Cone of Light introduced in version 2.0 of Honkai Star Rail for characters of the Path of Abundance, characters whose role consists mainly of healing our team to keep them alive in combat.
The truth is that it is a very peculiar Cone of Light since it does not provide very suitable effects for characters destined for the role of Healer , at least for now of course, but this is still a clue of the next content that will arrive in new versions of the game.
In this post we will see all its effects in detail and discuss a little about why Hoyoverse has created such a Cone of Light for this route.
ATTRIBUTES OR STATISTICS OF “QUESTION OF TRUTH”
Let’s start by looking at its basic attributes, keep in mind that we will give you the data that it has at level 80 (the maximum):
- HP : 1058.
- ATK : 423.
- DEF : 331.
Next, we will see the benefits that the passive of this Cone of Light brings us:
- S1 : +24% Break Effect. After using Basic ATK, the wearer regenerates an amount of HP equal to 2% of their max HP + 800.
- S5 : +48% Break Effect. After using Basic ATK, the wearer regenerates an amount of HP equal to 4% of their max HP + 800.
As I mentioned, it is a rather peculiar Cone of Light since its effects do not match well with a Healer , at least generally speaking. This is because the Break Effect is a statistic more well designed for DPS , with exceptions for characters who get more use out of it than usual since generally a Healer does not need to heal himself since they all usually have group healings.
However, it can be an ideal Cone of Light for Healers who do need a lot of Rupture Effect and who have some peculiar mechanic in which it is worth healing themselves. Now we talk better about this aspect.
WHAT CHARACTER DID I EQUIP IT TO?
As of today, it is a Cone of Light that is not worth it for any of the Abundance characters that we have since none of them take advantage of the Rupture Effect nor do we have any that for some reason benefit from being healed itself, so from the start it would be better not to go for this Cone of Light.
However, it is almost certain that eventually during version 2.1 and onwards they will end up releasing a character from Abundance that does benefit from these peculiar characteristics even if it is a Healer as such.
Simply as speculation, a character who perhaps fits that profile could be “Gallagher” , which is the character illustrated in the photo of the Cone of Light. We know very well that not always that a character appears illustrated in a Cone of Light means that that Cone is ideal for him… but in this case, the truth is that I would bet on it.
For the moment we can only wait to see which characters will end up taking advantage of this Cone of Light, but the truth is that it seems that Abundance characters are coming that are somewhat different from what we are used to and that is something I like.
