The combat in the already released game seems to be exactly the same, although I have the slight feeling that the boss now attacks a little faster than in the demo, but that’s still my paranoia. The fact is, the truth is that it shows that now we have a lot more experience in the game because in the demo it was quite difficult for me to defeat him and now in the final game it has been a breeze.
The boss is part of the game’s story, it is the first boss that you will encounter in Matrix 11. If you have not yet reached it, it is a matter of continuing to advance the main story of the game. By the way, this boss has a great job, right? Let’s go with the guide!
STALKER ATTACK GUIDE
The boss only has one phase, only as the battle progresses he will become more aggressive and acquire some new attacks. These are his attacks:
- Standard Combo : Very basic physical punch combo, try the perfect parry .
- Ground Combo (Red + Purple) : A combo of several physical hits that is quite crazy as it will end up writhing on the ground while attacking. You already know how red attacks work (the boss’s body will turn red for a moment to let you know), you have to spam the parry constantly until the combo ends. As usual, sometimes he does a shorter combo to confuse and be careful because sometimes he ends the combo with a purple attack, so use the backward dodge at the right moment to use “Rejection” and after this you will shoot the weak point orange.
- Quick Combo (Red) : Another red attack in which he will hit us with his hands very very quickly, it is quite difficult to get the parry on all the hits but spam the block button very quickly to try. You’re probably going to eat a few bites, that’s what it is.
- Throwing Stones (Yellow) : Stalker will bury his head in the ground and quickly pull it out, so that stones will jump forward creating an arc in front like this. You can run away (he usually throws it at the beginning of the fight) or look for a perfect dodge as always. Sometimes he launches this attack in a non-yellow version, when that happens you can easily block the projectiles if you want or continue dodging them.
- Charge (Yellow) : The typical charge attack. If you are far away it is as easy as moving away a little (after dodging attack with Haste), if you are caught close you will have to try the perfect dodge.
- Jump Attack (Yellow) : Another attack that we usually see a lot in bosses although at least on this occasion it is not as powerful as the one Beast had , it will jump high and try to fall on you. As always, you try to get away from the impact zone and if you don’t have time, do a perfect dodge.
- Crushing Grab (Blue) : You know, you wait for a blue glow to appear on Eve and dodge forward to teleport on the boss’s back (this is called “Blink”) and from there you start hitting him hard with your combos . Don’t get lost, it takes a long time from when the boss emits his blue glow until Eve emits it, be patient.
- Aerial Grab (Blue) : Another blue attack variant in which you will have to do the same, the only thing is that in this version it will make a big jump and it won’t take as long for Eve’s blue glow to appear.
TIPS FOR BATTLE
The only attack that can cause a lot of problems is that lucky “Quick Combo” that it has since it is very difficult to parry all the blows. Something that can be very useful in that sense is to equip the Protection Type Exospine since it will allow us to perform perfect parrys and dodges more easily.
REWARDS: BURST SKILLS
The boss will drop several useful materials as usual, but this time we will get a very interesting additional reward:
- Burst Skills : A series of very colorful and very powerful skills with which we can do large amounts of damage. To use them we will have to accumulate some points (they are like the shield but orange) similar to what happens with Beta energy. We will unlock an entire tree related to these skills and some skills that we had blocked in the other trees.

Right after this battle you will have to find a code necessary to continue with the story that you can find on that train that is on some kind of crane.
