PREVIOUS TIPS
I recommend that you pay attention to the level recommendation of the mission or else it will be almost impossible for you to pass to the boss. This time they will ask us to be at least level 14 , so make sure that the lowest level character on the team you use is at least level 14.
In addition to this, I recommend that you spend all your money on improving the equipment of your characters, this will also be essential for success in this battle. Focus especially on those who are part of your core team. Remember that the only requirement is that Temenos must be on the team.

RECOMMENDED CHARACTERS
These are the characters that I recommend for this boss:
- Hikari : We will deal a lot of damage to Vador with his spear attacks.
- Partitio : To support the group by donating IP and also to hit Vador with the spear.
- Osvald : He will be in charge mainly of killing the elementals with the “Lightning” ability. If at any time you attack Vador, let it be with “Ice Wind” and if you do it by activating his potential, all the better.
- Temenos : It will be exclusively in charge of healing the group since the boss has a lot of damage. Don’t attack with it, defend and heal when necessary.
Throné would be a good alternative especially to replace her with Partitio since her dagger attacks will be of great help in this battle, consider it. I used the team above anyway because Partitio seems like a tremendous character to me, although I am aware that in this case everything would be easier with Throné.
STRATEGY TO DEFEAT HIM
Vador causes a lot of damage and on many occasions it will be damage to the entire group, so Temenos will be essential in order to heal the group , that he only takes care of that (when you are not going to heal, defend yourself), you do not want to waste his AP on abilities offensive and then running out of the chance to heal your party; There are the items, but better to use them when you’re in a real hurry.
The boss as such is quite simple, things get complicated when he summons the elementals, but for this we have Osvald. This will be our elemental killer with Lightning, you will have to constantly cast this magic to defeat them. You see using the momentum so that they fall before. If you run out of AP, recover them with an object (the same would apply in the case of Temenos, without his cures we will have serious problems). As I have already mentioned, save his potential for when Vador is alone (when you defeat the elementals, although he will summon them again after a while), if you hit him with an Ice Wind with maximum impulse and while he is stunned… you will deal colossal damage.
Meanwhile Partitio will support the group by donating IP, his thing is to donate IP to Osvald when the elementals are alive to lower them quickly and to Hikari when Vador is alone because you will destroy him with his spear attacks. When you run out of IP you can attack Vador with the spear, between Hikari and Partitio you will quickly stun him.
Hikari will focus on attacking Vador with spear attacks all the time, take advantage of his potential using the «Celestial Slash» ability with maximum boost especially when he is stunned, even if it is a sword attack, it does brutal damage. When you don’t have the potential he uses the Critical Spear ability. When he’s not stunned, you can do basic attacks to reduce his shield.
To finish with the guide, be careful when the purple aura comes out as it will try to summon more powerful elementals. Your objective will be to stun him, the bad thing is that while he is purple he will lose his weaknesses to Spear and Light, so you will have to stun him with the dagger or ice attacks (Osvald can hit him with Ice Wind and unfortunately we don’t have a character who uses Daggers like Throné unless you have some secondary job, so I recommend that you use the item «Ice Soul Stone» to be able to hit with ice with characters that do not have this type of damage).
