by Qingque is a four-star character who belongs to the Path of Lore on the Honkai Star Rail . He is a character who has a somewhat convoluted skill kit and his damage depends on how lucky we are.
The way this character fights is most curious, since he uses a kind of Mahjong tiles as a weapon and when using the Basic Attack he loses them, but his true source of damage lies in his Powered Attacks, which only happens when he manages to have 4 tiles of the same suit. Therefore, he is a completely random character and we rely on chance to make a worthwhile attack.
The good thing about this character is that he has tremendous damage and that he can do it in an area, but the bad thing is that he consumes a lot of Basic Ability points, he does not replenish any points when using the empowered Basic Attack (unless you have his E6) and that we depend on our luck to get 4 tiles of the same suit and be able to carry out an empowered Basic Attack that are the main source of its damage.

QINGQUE SKILLS

BASIC ATK: HIDDEN COMBINATION
Qingque throws a jade token of the suit that has the fewest repeated tokens, said token will deal 50% Quantum Damage to a single enemy of your choice.

By using this Basic Ability several times, we can get Qingque to have four tiles of the same suit so that he can launch an empowered Basic Attack (in addition to increasing his damage each time we use the Basic). The bad thing about this ability is that we can consume a lot of Basic Ability points to achieve this, since it depends on how lucky we are.
ULTIMATE ABILITY: FOUR HIDDEN FISH? VICTORY!

TALENT: HEAVENLY JADE
Every time an ally’s turn (including herself) begins, Qinque will draw a jade token from among the three types of suits on her tokens.
Qingque can only have 4 jade tokens in hand and when he gets all four of the same suit, he enters a mode called Hidden Quartet. In this mode, Qingque cannot use his Basic Ability, but he can perform an empowered Basic Attack that deals very high damage.
Qingque’s empowered Basic Attacks do not replenish Basic Ability points when used and as soon as we use this empowered attack, Qingque will lose Hidden Four Mode and the cycle will repeat itself.
Summarizing so that it is understood a little better, each time the turn of a character under our control passes, he gains a token, but each time we perform a Basic Attack we lose one. When Qingque gains four tokens of the same suit, his normal Basic Attack goes into empowered mode, dealing damage to the target and any enemies adjacent to it.

QINGQUE’S BEST BUILD

It is also convenient for us to provide him with some Energy Recovery, since his Ultimate has too high a cost and in this case SPD is not such a priority, because we want the rest of the group to have more SPD than Qingque so that he can draw a token Jade for each turn her teammates have before her turn.
