by Luocha is the first five-star promotional character belonging to the path of Abundance and the Imaginary element in Honkai Star Rail , he is a character that fits into any type of team and stands out for having a very different kit of abilities from other characters in this same pathway as Bailu and Natasha .
To begin with, one of the things that attracts the most attention about Luocha is that his heals are not based on his HP , but increase according to the amount of ATK% that he has. When it comes to his skill set, in addition to providing heals with his Basic Ability and Talent, he also has an offensive part with his Ultimate that does pretty decent damage.
Another very good point that this character has is that his Ultimate Ability allows him to remove buffs from enemies and on the other hand, his Basic Ability allows him to remove debuffs from one of our allies, which will be essential in the late game . It stands out notably both in its enormous Base ATK and in its large number of PVs , its SPD is somewhat fair, but it’s not that it’s all bad either and the only thing that really falters is in its Base DEF (but it had to compensate for these statistics so good somehow).

BASIC SKILL: NETHER FLOWER PRAYER

When using this Basic Skill we will apply a cure on a single ally, Luocha will heal for 40% of his ATK + 200 and he will get a charge of Nether Flower (these charges are necessary to activate his Talent).
Luocha can use this Basic Skill automatically to heal any ally when their HP is half or less ; when the Basic Ability is activated in this way we will not consume any Basic Ability points (this ability can only be activated in this way once every 2 turns).
ULTIMATE ABILITY: DEATH WISH
- Energy Cost: 100
Luocha will execute an area attack that will affect all enemies on the field, dealing Imaginary Damage proportional to 120% of their ATK. This Ultimate Ability will allow us to remove a positive effect from each enemy hit and we will also get a stack of Abyssal Flower for the activation of his Talent.
TALENT: LIFE CYCLE
Once Luocha has gained two stacks of Netherbloom, a healing field will automatically be generated. When one of our characters hits an enemy within this field, said ally will recover HP in proportion to 12% of Luocha’s ATK + 60.
After 2 turns have passed, the field will dissipate; so we will need to use Luocha’s abilities to get another two charges of Netherflower to be able to replenish this field.
TECHNIQUE: FOOL’S COMPASSION

- When healing a character with half their HP or less, the healing done by Luocha will be increased by 30%.
- If the ally to be healed has more than half of their HP, they will gain a shield proportional to 18% of Luocha’s ATK + 240 for 2 turns.
- E3 – Attempted Fools : +2 levels to Basic Ability and +1 to Basic Attack.
- E4 – Judgment of Thorns : All enemies that are on Luocha’s field will be affected by Debuff and the damage produced by them will be reduced by 12%.
- E5 – Mark of Sacrifice : +2 levels to Ultimate and Talent.
- E6 – You Will Convert Into Powder : By using Luocha’s Ultimate Ability we will reduce all the elemental resistances of all enemies by 20% for 2 turns.
The truth is that you cannot ask for more from this character’s Eidolons, they are all fantastic and provide them with many functions: he can create ATK buffs as if he were a Harmony character, he is also capable of lowering resistances and weakening enemies as a Nihility and can even generate shields as a Conservation character.
LUOCHA’S BEST BUILD

- Time Does Not Wait ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐: +12% to Healing done and +18% to Max HP.
