In both battles we will face both, only that in this the character to defeat will be Coppélia. Although it seems ironic, in this combat the one who will attack us the most will be Coppélius, since Coppélia will only attack at the moment she separates from him. When this happens, we must attack her with pneuma energy to weaken her attacks and speed up her acting process.
To fight against Coppélia’s Funeral we will have to go to the Fontana Lucine and cross the bridge, in this we will find an NPC called Maillardet with whom we must talk to enable combat and choose which member of the Cryocéfiro Suite we want to fight.
COMBAT AND RECOMMENDED CHARACTERS
First of all, clarify that attacking Coppélius in this fight will not help us at all, since the life bar only belongs to Coppélia and he will only act as his personal Support .
In the first phase Coppélia and Coppélius will stay together all the time, they will make 3 or 4 moves, but the only one from the Cryocephire Suite that will attack us will be Coppélius dealing Cryo Damage while dancing with Coppélia.
Once they have attacked us a few times, the pair will separate as follows: Coppélia will remain in the center dealing constant Anemo Damage while dancing, 3 Anemo creations will spawn on the field and move slowly across the field, also dealing Continuously damage Anemo upon contact with them and lastly, Coppélius will go off on his own skidding down the edges of the field and throwing blades that deal Cryo Damage.
If we apply pneuma energy to Coppélia at this time, we won’t stop her, but we can at least mitigate her damage and make this combat mode end more quickly and they come together again to restart the cycle of their action.
As Main DPS we can take the character we prefer, as long as it does not belong to the Anemo Element , since Coppélia has a very high resistance to it; so some recommendations are: Lyney , Yanfei , Hydro Traveler , Kamisato Ayato , Cyno , Razor , Kamisato Ayaka , Chongyun , Arataki Itto or Noelle .
As for Support DPS , it is very convenient for us to take characters that do passive damage in area; For example, Rosaria will come in handy because Coppélia doesn’t move from midfield while she’s doing her Anemo Damage attacks. In this fight we should take a quite resistant shielder , since we will have to deal with Coppélia’s attacks, with Coppélius’s and with the creations that deal Anemo Damage at the same time, so we recommend you take characters like Zhongli , Layla , Thoma or Kirara , or at least a constant healing healer like Sangonomiya Kokomi , Kuki Shinobu or Yaoyao .
We should also include in our team a character that has pneuma energy in the team, like Lyney or the Hydro Traveler, since this energy will weaken the damage of Coppélia’s attacks that deal Anemo Damage.
ATTACK GUIDE
These are all the attacks that Coppélia can perform:
- Mortuary Winds : Coppélia will summon 3 creations that will inflict Anemo Damage on us continuously when we get close to them, they can transform and change their Anemo Damage for Cryo Damage if they absorb any attack from Coppélius.
- Sharp Dance : The enemy will stay alone in the center of the field and will inflict a lot of Anemo Damage with each turn it executes, we can reduce the damage it produces with this attack if we apply pneuma energy to it at this time.
And these are the attacks that Coppélius will help Coppélia with:
- Cold Rapier : On occasion, Coppélius will raise his rapier and slam it into the ground to create a cold trail that will deal Cryo Damage if hit; To dodge it, we must move to an opposite trajectory to the one he is looking at as soon as we see that he raises his rapier.
